The scheme provides financial assistance in the form of a subsidy for the purchase or conversion of Electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, along with scrapping incentives for old vehicles, incentives for local manufacturing in Goa, and low-cost loans provided by CESL.

Incentive for Marketing and Publicity – Up to a maximum of 1% of the capital grant. | ii. Incentive for Training and Skilling – Up to a maximum of 0.5% of the capital grant. | iii. Green Business Scheme has been launched by the National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation to provide financial assistance in the form of loans for activities that can tackle the impacts of climate change and also be income-generating.
