• Document Data: Information you enter into our document generators (e.g., names, addresses, financial amounts) is stored to enable saving, editing, and downloading your documents.
• Scheme Finder Data: Anonymous demographic information (age range, gender, state, occupation, income range, interests) used to match you with government schemes. This data is not linked to your account.
• Settlement Application Data: If you apply for debt settlement assistance, we collect your name, phone, email, city, outstanding amounts, and relevant financial details.
• Usage Data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

• To save and retrieve your generated documents
• To match you with relevant government schemes
• To connect you with verified counselors for document verification or settlement assistance
• To send transactional emails (document status updates, settlement progress)
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Counselors/Advocates: When you submit a document for verification or apply for settlement, assigned counselors can view the relevant document and contact information.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase (database & auth), Google Gemini (AI generation), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning users can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

Under Indian data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
