• Document Verification: Professional review of generated documents by verified counselors/advocates.
• Debt Settlement Assistance: Connecting individuals with counselors to help negotiate debt settlements.

• AI-generated documents may contain errors or may not reflect the latest legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Government scheme information is sourced from publicly available data and may not always be current or complete.
• HustleStack is not a law firm, financial advisor, or government agency.

• You must provide accurate information when signing in through your authentication provider.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent documents
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with platform operations

• Your Content: You retain ownership of data you provide and documents you generate. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.
• Our Platform: The HustleStack platform, brand, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

• Certain tools are free to use. Others require authentication or payment.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card information.

Counselors and advocates on HustleStack are independent professionals. While we verify their credentials during onboarding, we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of their reviews. HustleStack acts as a platform connecting users with counselors and is not liable for advice or actions taken by counselors.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, HustleStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹1,000, whichever is higher).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India. We encourage resolving disputes through amicable means before pursuing legal action.
