Refund Policy

1. Overview

HustleStack offers both free and paid services. This policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.

2. Free Services

All free tools — including the AI Scheme Finder, GST Invoice Generator, and free-tier document generators — are provided at no cost. Since no payment is made, no refund applies.

3. Paid Document Verification

Refund eligibility depends on the document status:

Before assignment: Full refund if your document has not yet been assigned to a counselor.
~During review: Partial refund (50%) if the counselor has started but not completed the review. Evaluated case-by-case.
After verification: No refund once a counselor has completed the review and the verified document has been delivered.

4. Settlement Services

Debt settlement consultation fees, if applicable, follow the same tiered refund structure based on the stage of engagement with the assigned counselor.

5. When We Issue Full Refunds

Regardless of status, we will issue a full refund if:

  • A technical error on our platform prevented you from receiving the service
  • You were charged multiple times for the same service
  • The service was materially different from what was described

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@hustlestack.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The document or service ID (found in your dashboard)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing support@hustlestack.in. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
