The scheme aims to provide good coaching quality for De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes candidates to enable them to appear in competitive examinations. Provides free coaching and stipend support to students from these marginalized communities.

💰Quantum of Assistance: Support for the acquisition of machinery/equipment/ tools/ furniture & fixtures costing upto ₹1,00,00,000/- will be extended to each SUC in the following manner: | - 100% for GIDC Estates or Other Registered Estates. | - 75% for Industrial Parks/ SEZs/ Investment Regions. | - The machinery & equipment/tools/ furniture & fixtures will be purchased by the CED from the Industries Commissionerate and supplied to SUCs. Under this scheme, unemployed persons will be assisted by way of providing financial assistance in form of subsidy for establishing dairy units of 4, 10, 20 & 50 milch animals like buffaloes, indigenous cows (Hariana, Sahiwal, Belahi, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar and Gir breeds only) and crossbred cows.

💰Financial Assistance for Interest Subvention under the Scheme: | Dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals: | - 25% subsidy on the cost of milch animals can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals; | - The subsidy will be provided three months after the purchase/tagging of Milch animals or disbursement of Loan by the bank, whichever is later, and subject to verification of unit by the concerned veterinary surgeon. | Dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals: | - Interest subvention on 75% cost of milch animals (25% being the margin money) can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals; | - The financial assistance will be provided in the form of interest subvention on loan amount financed by the bank (For Livestock Component only). | - The maximum amount for which interest subvention will be provided is as follows:- | Sl. Under this scheme, a resident of Haryana who is between 18 and 60 years of age can avail a 25% subsidy on the cost of two milch animals. The subsidy can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units with two milch animals.

💰Under the scheme, a total allowance of ₹6000/- per month will be given to an eligible beneficiary. | - In case of the death of a beneficiary getting an artist pension, the financial assistance may be transferred, at the discretion of the Central Government, in the name of the spouse of the beneficiary till life. | Note 01: The monthly allowance contributed by the State Government/UT Administration concerned shall be at least ₹500/- per month per beneficiary. | Note 02: The monthly allowance contributed by the Central Government shall not exceed ₹5500/- per month per beneficiary. | Note 03: Out of ₹6000/-, the monthly contribution of allowance of the Central Government will be less than the extent of the monthly contribution of allowance being provided to the applicant by the State Government/UT Administration. | Note 04: If State Government is already providing ₹1000/- per month pension to an artiste recommended to get financial assistance from the Central Government under this Scheme, in that case, the contribution of the Central Government would be only ₹5000/- per month. | Note 05: In respect of State Govt./UT Administration where there is no provision for an Artist's Pension, ₹6000/- per month will be paid as an Artist Pension by the Central Government. | Note 06: In case of the death of a beneficiary, a request application should be received in the Ministry of Culture from the spouse along with the relevant documents within the period of one year from the date of death of the beneficiary artist. After the period of one year, the claim for the transfer of pension in the name of the spouse will stand forfeited and no request in this regard shall be entertained.
