The scheme aims to encourage individuals and groups to construct fish ponds by providing financial assistance and to promote sustainable fish farming while enhancing livelihood opportunities in the hilly regions of the state.

💰Under this scheme: | - Pond clusters (a minimum of 10 ponds must be built at one location) are created to better utilize water resources in mountainous areas, individuals of all castes are eligible to receive a 50% grant for pond construction and the first year’s investment, including fish hatchery and feed. A single individual can construct up to 10 ponds, or a group of individuals may construct them collectively. | - Free technical assistance is provided for rearing fish species with high growth rates. | - Individual beneficiaries are eligible for a grant for pond construction up to 500 cubic meters, with a maximum grant amount of ₹2.5 lakh. | - For a society, group, federation, or mangal dal, a maximum grant of ₹5 lakh is provided for pond construction up to 1000 cubic meters. | - Beneficiaries are required to contribute the remaining 50% of the cost from their own resources or through a bank loan.

💰Construction of a Multipurpose Community Hall, designated as Sanskruti Bhavan. | - The project provides funding for the entire cost of construction, subject to a maximum limit of ₹50,00,000/-, which includes the cost of land. | Intended Use of the Benefits | - The hall must be used by the local population as a Multipurpose Community Hall. | - The facility must include a special Anganwadi. | - The hall must include a reading room. | - The hall must include a recreation room. | - The main hall must have a seating capacity of 200 to 300 people. | - The hall must serve as a marriage hall. | - The facility must function as a facilitation point for organizing awareness programmes, conducting trainings, seminars, holding meetings of Forest Right Committees and other socio cultural events. | Disbursement | - The entire cost of the project will be deposited with the Executing Agency. | - The funds are released after the detailed estimate, drawing of the project is approved by the State Level Committee and the construction license is obtained for the project. | Conditions | - A separate long term Maintenance Agreement will be entered into with the Executing Agency for the maintenance of the Sanskruti Bhavan/Multipurpose Community Hall. | - The Panchayat may grant use of the facility at the rate fixed by the Government from time to time. | - The amount collected from granting use of the facility will be credited into the maintenance fund of the hall.

The objective of the scheme is to reverse the declining trend of Parsi population by adopting a scientific protocol and structured interventions, stabilize their population and increase the population of Parsis in India.

💰1) Assistance for infertility treatment upto a maximum Rs. 6 lakh. This includes IVF (Rs. 1,50,000 per cycle, maximum 4 cycles), Surrogacy, Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), cost of donor etc. in accordance with the submitted plan of treatment. | 2) Assistance for other medical expenses (after conception) towards childbearing upto a maximum of Rs. 4 lakh. This includes diagnostic tests, medication (as per the treating Doctor's prescription), hospitalization, delivery related charges. A maximum amount of Rs. 2 Lakh is reimbursed before delivery and the remaining is reimbursed after the delivery. | 3) In case, the newly born child(ren) requires post-natal (from birth till six weeks) care e.g., NICU, special check-ups, surgery, etc., an amount up to Rs 2.50 lakh. | 4) Financial assistance to take care of existing children and the newborn child(ren) at the rate of Rs. 8,000/- per month till the age of 18 years. | 5) Financial assistance to take care of dependent elderly family members at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month per dependent elderly (aged 60 yrs or more).
