Financial assistance for participation in fairs/exhibitions: | S. Who can apply

The enterprise will be required to have Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) as per MSME Development Act 2006; The selection of MSME units would be done by Department of Industries and Commerce as per display product profile, theme of the fair and its relevance.; Participation in Government/ Government agency/(ies) sponsored/ approved Fairs/Exhibitions as well as Fairs/ Exhibitions approved by Export Promotion Councils (under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GoI) will be eligible for the claim to be made under the scheme.

MSMEs registered in Rajasthan with a valid Udyam Registration Certificate.

Yes, but not in the same category for the next 2 financial years.

Within 6 months of attending the trade fair/exhibition.

What events are eligible?

Events approved by the Government, its agencies, or Export Promotion Councils.

Who selects the participating MSMEs?

The Department of Industries & Commerce based on relevance and display profile.

Who approves the application?

The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC).

How will the assistance be disbursed?

Directly into the enterprise’s registered bank account.

Is there a nodal agency for the scheme?

Yes, the Office of the Commissioner, Industries & Commerce.

How do I apply?

Submit the application form and documents to the concerned GM, DICC.

How many events can I attend under the scheme in one year?

Up to 3 in Rajasthan, 2 in other states, and 1 abroad.
