💰Skill Training | The scheme provides training to candidates in four specific job roles: Geriatric Caregiver (Institutional & Home Care) (480 hours), Elderly Caretaker (Non-Clinical) (360 hours), Elderly Care Companion (450 hours), and Wellness Therapist for Elderly (570 hours). | On-Job Training (OJT) | For job roles as mandated by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training, On-Job Training is provided, with its duration guided by the approved qualification pack. | Assessment and Certification | The skill assessment is conducted by empaneled Assessment Agencies, and a certificate is made available to candidates in physical and digital form, along with corresponding 'credits' as per the National Credit Framework of MSDE.
