The objective of the scheme is to provide facilities for residential and other facilities such as water, reimbursement of electricity expenditure, scholarship etc. for scheduled caste students of Madhya Pradesh studying in higher institutions located in Delhi.

💰Financial assistance is available for students from Madhya Pradesh who are pursuing higher education at institutions (universities and colleges) in Delhi. The assistance covers the following: | - Monthly rent: ₹1,000/- per month - Scholarship: ₹500/- per month - Water and electricity expenses: ₹100/- per month - One-time grant (at the time of admission): ₹2,000/- | Note: Payments are made into the bank accounts of the applicants.

The objective of the scheme is to provide hostel facilities to such disabled students who are taking admission in class 11th and above on a regular basis and in case hostel facilities are not available in the schools/colleges, by renting private buildings.

💰Under the scheme, the following benefits are provided to the eligible students who are not getting hostel facility from schools/colleges: | - Rental Assistance: Beneficiaries receive ₹750/- per month for renting a student home, the District Officer or Social Justice will approve. - Utility Support: Students are given ₹1,000/- per month to cover electricity and water charges for the student home. - Rent Approval: The District Collector approves a student home rent of up to ₹1,500/- per month.

House Building Loan Scheme for Employees of Government of Goa

The scheme aims to assist government employees in achieving their dream of owning a house by providing financial support to erstwhile House Building Advance scheme beneficiaries whose loans were operative as on 15th May 2020. The scheme provides loan takeover facility through empanelled banks.

💰Financial Assistance | - The Government bears the remainder of the interest charged by the empanelled bank, subject to a maximum of 5%, while the employee bears 2% of the interest plus the principal component. | - The loan takeover facility is provided for the amount outstanding as on the date of application after repayment of instalments from May 2020. | - For employees who had availed additional loan over and above the House Building Advance amount, the Government's share of interest is restricted only to the extent of such House Building Advance loan outstanding as on the date of application. | Disbursement | - The Government's share of interest is credited to the empanelled bank in a pool account on a monthly basis. | - The Government's cumulative share of all instalments due for the succeeding month is credited to the bank within a specified date, provided that the bank raises the demand at least 20 days in advance. | - The Government's share commences from the succeeding month of sanction wherein the employee is due for repayment of the loan, provided the demand has been raised by the bank. | Duration and Validity | - The Government's share is continued till the employee attains superannuation or for a maximum duration of 20 years of the total repayment period, whichever is earlier, by considering the already paid instalments by the Government. | - If the duration of the loan ends before superannuation of the employee, the bank submits the closure letter to the concerned Government employee, Head of Department and Directorate of Accounts. | Conditions | - _The employee must ensure that his share of Equated Monthly Instalment reaches the bank within the stipulated time._ | - _Any delay on part of the employee for contributing his share, subject to a maximum default duration of two months, will make the concerned employee ineligible to avail any further benefits under this scheme._ | - _The employee must carry out all the required documentation and valuation required for compliance from the bank side, and the Government will not bear any costs for the same._ | - _The deed of mortgage or any other collateral security executed in favour of Government earlier must be transferred in favour of the empanelled bank with an undertaking from the employee that he willingly desires to transfer the same in favour of the bank._ | - _For employees who have availed benefits under the "One Time House Building Advance Settlement Scheme", the amount to the extent of benefits availed under that scheme would be adjusted in the initial instalments itself, till which the Government will not start contributing its share of interest and the employee has to bear the full burden of instalments._ | - _If the employee ceases to be in service for any reason other than normal retirement or superannuation or if he dies before repayment of the loan in full, the entire outstanding amount will become payable forthwith by the Government employee or his successor, as the case may be._ | - _Failure to repay the housing loan for any reason whatsoever, either by the Government employee or the successor, as the case may be, will entitle the bank to enforce the mortgage and take action to recover the outstanding housing loan._

In order to attract talented & meritorious students, HSCSIT is offering research fellowships in various fields of Science & Technology & Medical Sciences. The fellowships will involve full time research work leading to Ph.D. degree from any of the Institute/University in Haryana.

💰Stipend: | - Candidates who have qualified JRF-NET (CSIR/UGC) will be given fellowship at par with CSIR/UGC in case they are not availing fellowship from CSIR/UGC for some valid reason i.e. ₹31,000/- per month for JRF and ₹35,000/- for SRF. | - Candidates who have qualified LS- NET, the fellowship will be given at existing rates for both CSIR/UGC with preference for CSIR i.e. ₹18,000/- per month for JRF and ₹21,000/- per month for SRF. | - The fellowship will carry an annual contingency grant of ₹20,000/- which will be provided to the University/Institution. | Tenure: | - Tenure of the fellowship will be 3 years extendable to 4th and 5th year as per terms & conditions of the programme. | - The total tenure as JRF plus SRF will not exceed five years. | Temporary Teaching & Research Job: | - A Research Fellow may be permitted by HSCSIT to take up temporary paid lectureship/research job in a recognized R&D Institution/University, College/Institute of repute/Recognized R & D Institution/PDF studies in India & abroad for a period not exceeding 1 year during the entire tenure of the Fellowship (JRF & SRF together). | Leave: | - Leave with stipend not exceeding 45 days for each completed year of tenure may be allowed by the Guide after the request has been communicated to HSCSIT. | - The leave will be treated as part of the Fellow’s tenure. | - The leave due can be carried over to the next year, however not more than 90 days can be accumulated at any time during the tenure.

💰VALUE OF SCHOLARSHIP | The value of the scholarship will be ₹ 1,000/- per month along with a contingent grant of ₹ 750/- per annum for the payment of tuition fees, purchase of books, cost of uniforms, etc. | DURATION OF SCHOLARSHIP | The duration of the scholarship will cover the whole of the normal period of the particular degree program to which the candidate is admitted.

ICAR Emeritus Professor

The ICAR floated the Scheme of Emeritus Professor in order to provide an opportunity to the superannuated teachers/ Scientists of universities, colleges and institutions under ICAR-AU System.

💰The number of slots available under the Scheme is 100 at a given time. The | assistance available under the Scheme is : | - 1. Honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. | - 2. Contingency grant (Non-lapsable) of Rs.1,00,000/- p. a. towards secretarial assistance, travel within the country connected with the assignment, stationery, postage, consumables, books and journals. However, books and journals etc. procured out of the contingency grant will be the property of the university/college. While awarding the Emeritus Professor the amount of the contingent grant could be enhanced with the concurrence of the FA (DARE). The expenditure on travel may be used to cover the tours within the country to attend a scientific meeting/conference within the country once a year from the contingencies. Airfare in the economy class, eligible DA, and road mileage from the residence or from the headquarters to the airport and vice-versa will be admissible for such tours. No separate grant for TA/DA will be given and the Emeritus Professor is to meet the expenditure on TA/DA from contingencies. The contingent grant will be released only on the basis of requisition and actual utilization in the previous year. The expenditure would be accounted for audit by the university department concerned like any other departmental expenditure. The Emeritus Professor would be entitled to such other privileges including medical facilities as available to the university faculty members. No separate grant for TA/DA will be given and the Emeritus Professor is to meet the expenditure on TA/DA from contingencies. The contingent grant will be released only on the basis of requisition and actual utilization in the previous year. | - 3. The Emeritus Professor will devote his whole time to the approved programme for which financial assistance is provided and he will not accept any other regular or part-time remunerative job during his tenure as Emeritus Professor. | - 4 The Emeritus Professor shall not receive any assistance for the same work from any other source so long as he receives assistance from the Council. | - 5 The Emeritus Professor shall normally remain attached to an Agricultural University / ICAR DUs from where he/she retired, or to any other institution concerned with agriculture and allied sciences where he/she is assured in writing of the necessary facilities.

ICAR Emeritus Scientist

The ICAR Emeritus Scientist Scheme is a structural method of tapping the Brain and skill bank of the outstanding superannuated professionals of NARS by allowing them to complete the work in hand for its fruitful conclusion, and utilize their talent in teaching specialized courses.

💰a) Emeritus Scientists will be entitled to an honorarium of Rs.50,000/- per month in addition to a pension that he may draw w.e.f. 1.1.2016. The honorarium paid to the Emeritus Scientist shall be subject to the Income Tax Act. - b) A contingent grant of Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum per scientist, depending upon the nature of the project to cover expenditure on the purchase of essential items of stores such as chemicals, glasswares etc., books and stationery and part-time laboratory/ministerial help will be given to the Emeritus Scientist. While sanctioning a project the amount of contingent grant could be enhanced with the concurrence of the FA (DARE) keeping in view the nature of research work. The expenditure on travel may be used to cover the tours within the country for the Purpose of collection of research data and also to attend a scientific meeting/conference within the country including the review meetings called by ICAR from the contingencies. Airfare in the economy class, eligible DA, and road mileage from the residence or from the headquarters to the airport and vice-versa will be admissible for such tours. No separate grant for TA/DA will be given and the Emeritus Scientist is to meet the expenditure on TA/DA from contingencies. The contingent grant will be released only on the basis of requisition and actual utilization in the previous year. - c) Grant for engagement of one Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow/Research Associates on such rates and allowances as approved by the Council from time to time. Their appointment will be coterminous with the termination of the project under the Emeritus Scientists Scheme. - d) The Emeritus Scientist will devote his whole time to the project for which financial assistance is provided and he will not accept any other regular or part-time remunerative job during his tenure as Emeritus Scientist. - e) The Emeritus Scientist shall not receive any assistance for the same work from any other source so long as he receives assistance from the Council. - f) The Emeritus Scientist shall normally remain attached to an Agricultural University / ICAR Institute from where he/she retired, or to any other institution concerned with agriculture and allied sciences where he/she is assured in writing of the necessary facilities. The concerned University / Institution shall make necessary arrangements for the smooth running of the project and shall make available office accommodation and provide laboratory and library facilities and other supporting help to the Emeritus Scientist. The Emeritus Scientist shall himself/herself make the necessary arrangements with the concerned University / Institution. - g) The Emeritus Scientist will participate in the teaching programmes in the field of his / her specialization of the university or institute to which he/ she is attached. The Emeritus Scientist shall be subject to the discipline of the Institute where he/she is permitted to work. His / her annual report would be submitted through the Dean/Head of the Institution/Director of the Institute. In the case of teachers, he/she will be answerable to the Director (Instructions) / Dean/Head of the Department.- h) The Emeritus Scientist shall be entitled to residential accommodation in the institute where he/she had worked earlier. In case the Emeritus Scientist comes from outside, he shall be considered for accommodation on priority as per entitlement and existing rules. The Emeritus Scientist will be entitled to occupy ICAR / SAU Rest House, wherever available, on tours at the rates applicable to ICAR / SAU employees.- i) The appointment shall start only after the Scientist has actually retired, after availing of leave preparatory to retirement, if any, or when the basic facilities for the work have been made available.- j) The Emeritus Scientist will be eligible to avail of one-month leave with honorarium for each completed year of his / her tenure or on pro-rata basis for any fraction of a year. He/she may plan his leave as convenient to him/her. In exceptional cases, an Emeritus Scientist may avail of leave up to three months without honorarium on health grounds supported by a medical certificate. He /she will be treated on duty while accepting assignments within NARS. The Head of the Department / Dean / Director of the Institute will sanction the leave and the office to which he is attached will maintain a record. - k) The duration of appointment of the Emeritus Scientist shall be strictly three years. No further extension will be considered. However, the duration of the project in the case of an existing Emeritus Scientist will remain at two years only. A standing committee specifically constituted with the approval of DG will review the work of the Emeritus Scientist on completion of one year. The salient findings will be published in the form of research papers in scientific journals and the ICAR/DARE Annual Report. A copy of the final report will be sent to the Libraries of the concerned Institutes.

ICMR-Junior Research Fellowship (ICMR-JRF) examination is the first step in the process of admission to the PhD/Research Programme through council's support.

💰The Junior Research fellows will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹31,000/- for the 1st & 2nd year. | - The Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (if upgraded after completion of two years of JRF) will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹ 35,000/- for the 3rd, 4th & 5th years. | - There is an annual contingency grant of ₹20,000/-. | - The tenure for the JRF will be two/three years. The duration of an SRF will be for a maximum of three years. However, the total duration is five years. | HRA & Medical Benefits: | - All Research Fellows may be allowed hostel accommodation in the parent institute wherever available and those residing in a hostel provided by the parent institute OR a hostel by another University/Institute will not be eligible for HRA. | - Medical benefits will be allowed to a Fellow as per the rules of the Institution where they are working.
