💰Reimbursement of charges to the extent of 100% of actual expenditure per certification. Subject to a combined ceiling of ₹8,00,000/- only for the entire period of the scheme. | - Reimbursement of 50% of the professional fees for registration and fees paid to the registry for registration of Intellectual Property Rights. "Financial Support Scheme for Farm Mechanization (FSSM)" by the Agriculture Department, Government of West Bengal aims to provide financial support as subsidy to the small and marginal farmers of the State for purchase of power operated farm equipment/ machinery.

💰Pattern Of Assistance: | - Subsidy ranging from 50-60% of the indicative price of machinery subject to maximum ceiling of ₹3,00,000/- will be provided to the beneficiary. | Available Equipment: | - An exhaustive list of different farm machinery with subsidy limits is provided in Annexure-II (Page No. 33) based on Cost Norms and Pattern of Financial Assistance under Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization(SMAM). Available models of different farm machinery /implements as mentioned in Annexure-II along with indicative price will be published in Matirkatha portal by the SPMT before starting of online application of the beneficiary . However, No large machines like tractor, rice transplanter “above 4 rows”, combine harvester etc. will be provided under FSSM. | Note: | - No machine/equipment will be procured by the Government. The Government will only release subsidy as back ended subsidy against procurement by the beneficiaries as per their choice under FSSM with Bank Loan. The scheme aims to promote economic empowerment and livelihood diversification among Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities through fisheries-based activities.

💰Under this scheme: | - Fishermen who already own ponds are provided a 60% subsidy for repairing or improving their ponds, or for undertaking duck/poultry farming and other integrated activities. | - To connect landless individuals with fish processing and marketing businesses, a 60% subsidy of ₹1,50,000/- is provided against the cost of a mobile fish stall amounting to ₹2,50,000/-. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹42,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹70,000/- for the improvement of a 100-square-meter pond. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹3,00,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹5,00,000/- for the improvement of a 10-hectare pond in plain areas. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹83,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹1,39,000/- for establishing one integrated unit (chicken/duck/banana/papaya) in mountainous areas. | - In plain areas, a grant of 60%, i.e. ₹3,96,000/-, is provided against the cost of construction of one integrated unit valued at ₹6,60,000/-.

Flower Area Expansion

The scheme aims to promote and expand flower cultivation by providing cultivators in Uttarakhand access to quality flower planting material at a subsidized cost, thereby increasing flower production and enhancing farmers’ income.

💰To encourage flower production, flower planting material (bulbs, plants, and seeds) is provided to cultivators at a 50% subsidy on the total cost, applicable for a maximum area of 4 hectares, as follows: | - For open flowers, planting material worth up to ₹20,000/- per hectare is provided. | - For stalked flowers, planting material worth up to ₹50,000/- per hectare is provided. | - For bulbous flowers, planting material worth up to ₹75,000/- per hectare is provided. | (For example, if 1 kg of marigold seeds costs ₹200/-, the cultivator pays ₹100/- at the Horticulture Mobile team Center, while the government provides a subsidy of ₹100/-, allowing the cultivator to obtain the seeds for ₹100/-.)
