The Government of Kerala approved the scheme “One Family One Enterprise” to encourage entrepreneurial activity in every household and empower women's entrepreneurship. This scheme aims to set up at least one MSME unit including trade activity in each family.

💰The assistance provided under this scheme shall be in the form of an interest subvention on a reimbursement basis. | - All new MSMEs engaged in manufacturing, service, and trading activities shall be eligible for interest subvention on the interest charged by the financial institution on an approved project for loan amounts up to ₹10 lakhs (for Term loan and/or working capital loan) for a period of five years from the date of disbursement of the 1st installment of the loan by the financial institution. | - In a case where the loan amount exceeds ₹10 Lakhs, the interest subvention shall be considered for loans up to ₹10 Lakhs only. | - The rate of subvention will be up to a maximum of 6%. The subvention will be the difference in the rate of interest charged by the financial institution and 4 %.

💰It will benefit approximately 81 crores beneficiaries by digitizing Ration Cards. | - This system allows all NFSA beneficiaries, particularly migrant beneficiaries, to claim either full or part food grains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) in the country through an existing ration card with biometric/Aadhaar authentication in a seamless manner. | - With the ONORC, all the beneficiaries in one state can get the same fair rations in other states where the ration card was issued. | - The scheme will ensure food security of migrant laborers who move to other states to seek better job opportunities. | - It will improve the mechanism to identify fake/duplicate ration cards. It seeks to provide universal access to PDS food grains for migrant workers. | - Ration card portability will be achieved by implementing an IT-driven system that installs ePoS devices in each Fair Price Shop (FPS). | - The ONORC will also help achieve the target set under SDG 2: Ending hunger by 2030.

“One Time Assistance to Small and Marginal Farmers for Purchase of Small Farm Implements (OTA-SFI)” by the Agriculture Department, Government of West Bengal aims to aid the farmers in procuring manually operated small farm implements necessary for agricultural operations.

💰Pattern Of Assistance: | - Maximum ₹10,000/- or 50% of total indicative price of purchased manually operated machinery/implement whichever is lower. | Available Equipment: | - A list of different manually operated machinery/implements is provided in Annexure-III (Page No. 37). Available models of different farm machinery /implements as mentioned in Annexure-III along with indicative price will be published in Matirkatha portal by the SPMT before starting of online application of the beneficiary .Combination of machinery/equipment from the list can be purchased within the subsidy limit. But, maximum two nos. implements of the same item may be chosen by the applicant. However, battery operated sprayers and PVC pipes for carrying water will also be eligible under this component. | Note:** | - No machine/equipment will be procured by the Government. The Government will only release subsidy as back ended subsidy against procurement by the beneficiaries as per their choice under FSSM with Bank Loan. 💰All delayed payment charges, including 18% interest, will be waived off for consumers whose cases are referred to the Revenue Recovery Court (R.R.C.) from the date of referring the case till the date of realization of outstanding dues. | - Consumers will have to pay only the principal amount in a lump sum. | - The ₹100/- deposited along with the application will be adjusted against the energy bill to be settled under the scheme. | _*If the consumer backs out or fails to pay the finalized amount within the specified period, the ₹100/- will be forfeited._
