Mukhyamantri Sampoorna Pushti Yojana: Adolescent Girls Nutrition

The scheme aims to enhance nutritional support for all adolescent girls aged 15 -19 years across the state. However, in the 10 Aspirational Districts, the coverage is limited to girls aged 18 -19 years.

💰Supplementary Nutrition: Since adolescence is a period of growth spurt, nutritional requirement during the period is at its peak. Nutritional interventions at this stage would help in ensuring proper growth, addressing anaemia and ensure better outcomes during pregnancy and childbirth at a later stage. - Daily Ration Cost: ₹9.50/- per beneficiary per day for 300 days a year. - Weekly Nutrition Supplements for Adolescent Girls (15-19 years): The following items as Take Home Ration (THR) will be given to the Adolescent Girls (15-19 years) under this scheme for 300 days per year. | Sl. Mukhyamantri Sampoorna Pushti Yojana: Kishori Mela

This initiative aims to make Kishori Diwas more engaging and eventful. Any Saturday in the month of January may be celebrated as “Kishori Mela”, with increased participation and a range of activities for all adolescent girls aged 15 - 19 years.

💰The following activities may be undertaken during the event: | - Administration of weekly IFA tablet and egg. | - Screening of nutritionally at-risk adolescent girls (BMI checkup). | - Screening for anaemia status (haemoglobin testing). | - Counselling and referrals. The One Stop Centre Counsellors & State Social Welfare Board Counsellors maybe roped in for the purpose alongwith Health Counsellors. | - IEC/SBCC activities through Tiki mausi and Kishori resources. | - Identification of girls & boys for linkage with skill development programmes. | - Cultural Programmes/ Speaking events/ Exhibitions by both adolescent girls & boys. | - Boys & men to be encouraged to come forward, support & participate in the event. This is highly desirable under the Departments initiative of roping in men & boys to come forward to fight against malnutrition (# menstreaming). | - The event shall also be utilized for generation of Aadhaar numbers/ opening of bank accounts/ generation of birth certificates.

The scheme aims to provide supplementary Take Home Ration (THR) in the form of nutrient-rich food products to pregnant women and lactating mothers across the state.

💰Take Home Ration: Chikki/ladoo(s) and eggs are provided to pregnant women and lactating mothers under Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP). Additionally, the following nutrient-rich products would be provided under this scheme in addition to their existing entitlements. | Sl. The scheme aims to promote self-employment among the residents of Uttarakhand by enabling them to establish and operate solar power projects, thereby generating clean energy, providing a sustainable source of income, and encouraging entrepreneurship.

💰Under the scheme, self-employment is provided to eligible applicants/beneficiaries through the allocation of solar power projects with capacities of 20, 25, 50, 100, and 200 kW, as detailed below: | - 20 kW: Project cost ₹10 lakh; land required – 300 sq. meters. | - 25 kW: Project cost ₹12.50 lakh; land required – 300 sq. meters. | - 50 kW: Project cost ₹25.00 lakh; land required – 700–1000 sq. meters. | - 100 kW: Project cost ₹50.00 lakh; land required – 1500–2000 sq. meters. | - 200 kW: Project cost ₹100.00 lakh; land required – 3000–4000 sq. meters. | (Selected candidates will be provided loans from Uttarakhand State/District Cooperative Banks at an interest rate of 8%. Additionally, beneficiaries will be eligible for incentives and benefits under the MSME Policy-2023, provided by the Industries Department.) | The electricity generated from the allotted solar projects will be purchased by Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) for a period of 25 years. Under the scheme, a cash award of ₹50,000 will be given to students studying in government schools affiliated with the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, who secure the highest marks in the EWS category in the Class 10th and Class 12th examinations (Arts, Commerce, and Science streams).

💰This scheme offers the following benefits: | - Self-Employment and Employment Opportunities: Men and women from minority communities will receive training to enhance their chances of self-employment and job opportunities. - Easy Loans for Self-Employment: Candidates can avail loans at simple interest rates through the "Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rozgar Rinn Yojana" after completing their training. - Training Locations: Training will be provided by selected institutions at district headquarters, in locations chosen by these institutions. - Free Study Materials and Tool Kits: Trainees will receive study materials and tool kits at no cost from the institutes. - Certificates: Upon successful completion of the training, certificates will be awarded by the training institutions. | Note 1: Trainees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and food. Mukhyamantri Sudharit Kamdhenu Scheme

The scheme aims to help the farmers to get financial assistance for the purchase of cross bred cows, improved she buffaloes and cows of indigenous breeds namely Sahiwal, Gir, Red Sindhi, Rathi and Tharparkar for their Dairy Unit, to promote self employment in the Dairy Sector.

💰Subsidy for Milch Animals | - For the purchase of 1 to 10 animals, the subsidy is 90% of the unit cost (up to ₹63,000/-) per animal, based on a unit cost of ₹70,000/-. | - For applicants who were issued orders previously under the Infrastructure Component of Kamdhenu Scheme (Sudharit) Amended 2021 or whose orders lapsed due to the Lumpy Skin Disease outbreak: | - Purchases of 1 to 10 animals receive 90% subsidy (up to ₹63,000/-). | - Purchases of 11 to 20 animals receive 75% subsidy (up to ₹52,500/-). | - Purchases of 21 to 100 animals receive 50% subsidy (up to ₹35,000/-). | Transportation Incentive | Incentives towards transportation of animals are reimbursed at the rate of ₹2,000/- per animal or the actual cost of transportation, whichever is less. | Insurance Premium Reimbursement | The Department will reimburse the Comprehensive Insurance Policy premium up to a maximum of ₹16,625/- per animal. | Infrastructure Financial Assistance | - A subsidy of 80% of the construction cost is provided for a cattle shed unit of 10 milch animals. | - The construction cost is calculated at ₹6,000/- per square meter for a shed area of 5.4 square meters per animal, totaling ₹3,24,000/- for a 54 square meter shed. | - The maximum infrastructure subsidy provided is ₹2,59,200/-. | - Infrastructure subsidy release is linked to the number of milch animals purchased (minimum 50% of the unit strength @ ₹25,920/- per animal). | Disbursal | - The eligible subsidy shall be credited to the Bank account of the beneficiary through the Electronic Clearance System (ECS) of the concerned financing institution. | - Incentives towards transportation shall be reimbursed to the beneficiary’s Bank account through ECS along with the subsidy amount. | - Infrastructure subsidy shall be released after the purchase of animals. | - The insurance premium amount (maximum of ₹16,625/- per animal) shall be reimbursed directly to the financing institution along with the subsidy amount. | Post-Selection Obligations | - The animals purchased under the scheme must not be disposed off for a minimum period of 3½ years (42 months). | - The beneficiary must ensure the animals are compulsorily insured by the financial institution and the beneficiary within 7 days of their arrival in the farm. | - The beneficiary must properly maintain the animals in good health, ensuring proper arrangements for shelter, feed, and fodder, and maintaining proper records of milk, etc. | - The Mukhyamantri Sudharit Kamdhenu Scheme Infrastructure Unit must not be closed down for a period of 5 years from the date of subsidy release. | - In case of default in maintaining the animals for 3½ years, the Government shall recover the subsidy amount paid, Insurance premium, and transportation cost on a “pro-rata basis”. | - If the animal dies within one month of purchase, the beneficiary must report it in writing to the Area Officer within 24 hours. | - The farmer must produce a letter from the financing institution having an Electronic Clearance System (ECS), willing to finance him for the purchase of milch animals or for the Infrastructure Component of the scheme.

The "Mukhyamantri Svadeshi Gau Samvardhan Yojana" under the "Nand Baba Milk Mission" aims to enhance milk productivity and per capita milk availability in Uttar Pradesh by encouraging the purchase of indigenous improved breed cows from outside the state and employment opportunities in rural areas.

💰Grants covering up to 40% of the total cost per unit (maximum ₹80,000), which includes purchasing cows, transportation, insurance, fodder cutting machine, and shed construction. | Note 1: One unit means 02 cows of indigenous improved breed per beneficiary and the unit cost is considered to be approximately 2 lakhs. | Note 2: The grant will be released directly into the bank account of the concerned beneficiary through DBT within a month by the State Program Management Unit.

The scheme aims to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among the residents of Uttarakhand by providing financial assistance through banks to facilitate the establishment of new micro (nano) enterprises as well as the expansion of existing businesses.

💰To strengthen small entrepreneurs and businessmen in rural and urban areas, financing of up to ₹50,000/- is provided through banks for setting up micro enterprises or businesses. This financial assistance is also available for the expansion of existing businesses. The subsidy structure is as follows: | - Subsidy for Category A districts: 35% for the general category (maximum ₹17,500/-) and 40% for the special category (maximum ₹20,000/-). | - Subsidy for Category B and B+ districts: 30% for the general category (maximum ₹15,000/-) and 35% for the special category (maximum ₹17,500/-). | - Subsidy for Category C and D districts: 25% for the general category (maximum ₹12,500/-) and 30% for the special category (maximum ₹15,000/-). | The category-wise classification of districts is provided in Annexure-2 (Page No. 157).

The scheme “Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana” was launched by the Department of Religious Trusts and Endowments, Government of Madhya Pradesh in June 2012.

💰The State Government provides one-time assistance in a lifetime to senior citizens above 60 years of age (2 years relaxation in case of women) to visit a prescribed pilgrimage outside the state. | - In this scheme, senior citizens of the state are made to travel to the identified pilgrimage sites of the country free of cost. | - The pilgrims travel by special train, breakfast, food, and pure drinking water, arrangements for stay at pilgrimage places, travel by bus where necessary, and other facilities are made available by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) contracted with Religious Trusts and Endowments Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana

Under this scheme, members of families with an annual income of less than ₹1.80 lakhs who are over 60 years of age will be taken for pilgrimages to Ayodhya, Varanasi, and other sacred places. The state government will bear all the expenses for their travel.

This cost shall be reimbursed to the applicant after the confirmation of completion of journey in the bank account of applicant linked with PPP ID. | - Facility of an attendant to accompany the applicant may be availed by the applicant of age more than 80 years on payment of 50% of railway ticket fare charges either through online payment or by deposit of cash at nearby Antyodaya Saral Kendra.
