Will the student get any confirmation after registration in the portal through SMS or e mail?
Yes, the student will get an SMS in her/his registered mobile number and an email in his / her registered email id.
What is eligibility criteria for the Scheme?
The following documents are to be uploaded at the time of filling up of online form- | 1.The student should have passed Class 10th and Class 12th (or equivalent) from any recognized school in the State of Jharkhand. | 2.The student should possess a local residence certificate of Jharkhand. | 3.The student must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the examination for which he/she is applying for coaching under the scheme. | 4.The student should submit valid income certificate with annual family income less than Rs 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight lakh Only) issued by Sub-Divisional Officer / Circle Officer. This annual family income limit shall be automatically revised as per revision in the annual family income limit for OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) as notified by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India from time to time. | 5.The student should be covered under the National/State Food Security Scheme. The student shall submit a self-attested copy of the ration card as proof of being covered under National/State Food Security Scheme. | 6.Beneficiaries of similar schemes of any other department (Ex: - ST, SC, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department resolution no. 3604 dated 30.10.2019 and School Education and Literacy Department resolution no. 948 dated 07.04.2022) shall not be eligible for dual benefit under this scheme. The student can avail the benefit only once under this scheme.

The following documents are to be uploaded at the time of filling up of online form- | 1.Coloured Photograph of the applicant (should be in .jpeg/.jpg between 50KB and 20 KB) | 2.Signature of the student (should be in .jpeg/.jpg format, between 50KB and 10 KB) | 3.Student's AADHAR Card (should be in. Pdf format, between 400 KB and 50 KB) | 4.Class 10TH Certificate and Marksheet of the Applicant (should be in .pdf format between 400 KB and 50 KB) | 5.Local Residence Certificate of Jharkhand (should be in .pdf format between 400 KB and 50 KB) | 6.Income Certificate with annual family income less than Rs 8,00,000. Is there any requirement of furnishing the domicile certificate and Caste certificate for filling up the form under the Scheme?
No. There is no need to furnish the copy of domicile certificate and Caste certificate.
Do I need to send any hard copy of the completed form once the registration and filling up of form is over?
No. However, you can preserve a hard copy for your future reference.

What are the empaneled institutions for coaching under the Scheme?
The list of institutions are available under "List of Empaneled Institutions" tab on the web portal.
Is there any attendance requirement for availing benefits under the Scheme?
Yes, the student must secure at least 75% attendance for the entire duration of the coaching.
What happens if i do not meet the minimum attendance requirement?
1.In case the student has less than 75% attendance for a month, the monthly assistance for the specific month shall not to disbursed to the student. | 2.In case the student has less than 75% attendance for any three (3) months within the period of study, the student shall submit a written explanation to the High-level committee stating the cause for such an absence on the web portal. | 3.The High-level committee shall decide whether the explanation is satisfactory, if not satisfied the High-level committee shall invoke the bond signed between the student and the Department and direct the student to deposit the entire cost.
Can I take coaching from multiple empaneled coaching institutes?
No, the benefit of the Scheme can be availed by any student only once during his/her entire lifetime.
What will be the mode of disbursement of monthly stipend?
The monthly stipend shall be credited directly into the Aadhaar linked bank account of the student.
Who will verify the credentials of the student?
The Department of Higher and Technical Education will verify the documents.
Is there any option in the portal to edit the details of the application before submission?
Yes, edit option is available in the portal as long as students do not finally submit the form. But once it is submitted, no option for editing will be available.
What if I forget my login/password after registration?
There is provision to recover the user ID/login password in the portal.
