All Government Schemes

💰Amount of Fellowship: | - To-and-fro, economy class air ticket for international travel, by the shortest route, from the airport, nearest to the residence/ workplace of the candidate to the airport, nearest to the destination University in respect of both Indian and Overseas candidates (Air tickets to be provided by the Council). | - The overseas fellows will be entitled for economy-class-travel cost reimbursement from port of arrival in India to the destination University in India and back. | - For Indian candidates, the cost on travel from place of residence/work to the port of departure in India and from port of arrival to the destination University overseas will be met by the fellows themselves or by their sponsoring organization. | - Amount payable to the International fellowship candidates: | a) Ph.D.: Indian fellows going abroad | Amount not exceeding: US$ 2,000/- per month | Lump-sum payments towards contingent and preparatory expenses: US $ 1,000/- per year | b) Ph.D.: Overseas fellows in India | Amount not exceeding: INR 40,000/- per month | Lump-sum payments towards contingent and preparatory expenses: INR 25,000/- per year | - The fellowship amount for the first six months, as first installment, will be released by the Council to the fellow through government notified/ approved bank to be deposited in the bank account of the fellow on receiving his/ her acceptance for the fellowship and admission letter received from the host University. | - Thereafter, the amount of fellowship will be released to the fellow, every six months, after receiving the academic progress report from the fellow duly certified by the concerned advisor/ supervisor/ head of institution. | - The first installment to the Indian fellow will be paid in Indian Rupees only. | - The fellow will meet all other costs including medical insurance etc. from the above fellowship or from his/ her own resources. | - During the tenure of fellowship, an in-service fellow may continue to receive his/her salary, types of leave and benefits etc. from the parent organization as per rules. | Tenure of Fellowship: | - The NS-ICAR IFs are available to Indian candidates as well as overseas candidates for a period of three years. | - The tenure of fellowship will not be extended in any case, in so far as the Council support is concerned. | - In case the fellow is not able to complete his/her degree during this period, he/she will use his/her own resources for completing the degree. | - In case the fellow is not able to complete even after 2 years of the prescribed duration of the programme for which fellowship was sanctioned, the Council may take necessary steps, for the recovery of the fellowship paid.

Netaji Subhas - ICAR International Fellowship

Introduced in 2009-10, the “Netaji Subhas - ICAR International Fellowship” is a scheme by to develop competent human resource that are trained in the identified best laboratories in the world (for Indian candidates) and similarly expose overseas candidates to the best Agriculture Universities.

💰These hostels admit orphans, homeless children, single parents, destitute child laborers, rag pickers, children living on railway station platforms and bus stands and provide them with residential facilities to complete their primary education. | - Provide educational opportunities to children from educationally disadvantaged groups through residential schools. | - Bridging the educational gap between boys and girls. | - Provide residential school facilities to provide children with primary education.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Boys Residential Hostel Scheme (Classes 1 to 8)

In Madhya Pradesh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Residential School Scheme for Boys (Class 1-8) Introduce by the School Education Department. It aims to ensure primary education and reduce the gender gap in education. Free residence, food, clothing, books, uniforms, and medical care are provided.

💰Stipend | - For S&T section/wing interns: ₹ 5,000/- per month | - For non-S&T section/wing interns: ₹ 3,000/- per month | The stipend shall be paid after the completion of the Internship on submission of a report duly accepted by NIELIT Haridwar. | The stipend shall be paid in non-cash mode only via Cheque/NEFT/RTGS etc. | Certificate | Certificates will be issued by NIELIT Haridwar to the interns on completion of the Internship and submission of the Report duly countersigned by the supervisor/mentor and accepted by the Wing/Section Head.

NIELIT Internship Programme

The Internship Programme by NIELIT is an opportunity for a student to secure first-hand and practical work experience under the guidance of qualified and experienced Supervisors/Mentors. It also aims at active participation in the learning process through experimentation.

💰Under this mission, all children can get admission in Class 1 as per the admission norms of all schools in the state.

NIPUN Bharat Mission - Uttarakhand

The scheme aims to ensure that all children aged 3 to 9 achieve foundational literacy and numeracy by creating an enabling learning environment across all schools in Uttarakhand.

Nirman Shramik Avm Unke Aashrit Bacchon Dwara Bhartiya Rajasthan Prashasnik Seva Hetu Aayojit Pratibhabhik Yojana

The Labor department of Rajasthan started "Nirman Shramik Avm Unke Aashrit Bacchon Dwara Bhartiya Rajasthan Prashasnik Seva Hetu Aayojit Pratibhabhik Yojana" to help the children of construction workers.

Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana

The scheme “Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana” was launched by the Labour and Employee's State Insurance Department, Government of Odisha. The objective of the scheme is to extend financial assistance to eligible building and other construction workers for continuing education of their wards/children.

Nirman Shramik Siksha Kaushal Vikas Yojana

The NIRMAN SHRAMIK SIKSHA KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA (NSKKVY) is a scheme launched by the Government of Rajasthan to provide financial assistance for education and skill development to the children of registered construction workers in the state.

Nirman Shramikon Ke Bacchon Hetu Nishulk Ganvesh Evam Pustak Copy Hetu Sahaayata Raashi Yojana

Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Nirman Shramikon Ke Bacchon Hetu Nishulk Ganvesh Evam Pustak Copy Hetu Sahaayata Raashi Yojana" for construction worker on 09 December 2022.

💰Under this scheme, two sets of uniforms per student are provided through DBT/SMC to students studying in classes 1 to 8 of government and government-aided schools, covering all girls, all boys belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories, and boys from the General category belonging to BPL families.

Nishulk Ganavesh Yojana

The scheme aims to provide free uniforms to all girl students studying in Classes 1 to 8 of government and government-aided schools, as well as to all boys belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and boys from the General category who fall under the BPL category.

💰Experience Certificate/Internship Completion Certificate: A certificate regarding successful completion of Internship shall be issued by the Adviser of the concerned Subject Division 1. Allows young academic talent to be associated with the NITI Aayog's work for mutual benefit. | - Opportunity to know about the Government functioning and Developmental Policy issues in Government of India and contribute to the Policy formulation by generating policy inputs such as empirical analysis, briefing reports, policy papers, etc. | NOTE: Interns not completing the requisite period will not be issued any certificate.

NITI Internship Scheme

This Scheme seeks to engage students pursuing Under Graduate/Graduate/Post Graduate Degrees or are Research Scholars enrolled in recognized University/Institution within India or abroad, as "interns". They shall be given exposure to various Verticals/ Divisions/Units within NITI Aayog.

💰Certificate | The interns will be issued an internship completion certificate upon successful completion and submission of the full project report. | Logistics & Support | NPC shall provide them with working space with an internet facility and other necessities as deemed fit by the concerned reporting authorities. | NOTE: The Interns will be required to bring their own laptops. | Boarding & Lodging | The Interns will be required to make their own arrangements towards transportation. | Remuneration | The selected interns shall not be entitled to any financial remuneration/stipend during their internship period. | No payment towards a stipend, transportation etc. shall be paid to the interns by NPC.

NPC Students Internship Program

National Productivity Council (NPC) provides internship training to students pursuing graduation and post-graduation. The interns shall be given exposure to related interventions being activities undertaken by NPC which will provide opportunities to learn and implement new concepts.

💰₹150/- per months (for max 10 months). | - ₹750/- per annum (residential students).

OBC Pre Matric Scholarship-Uttar Pradesh

The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department offers a Pre Matric Scholarship for Other Backward Class (OBC) students. This scholarship aims to financially assist students from these categories to pursue secondary education and complete their matriculation.

OEC Pre-matric Educational Assistance

The Scheme “OEC Pre-matric Educational Assistance” was started by the Backward Classes Development Department, Government of Kerala to provide educational assistance to pre-matric students belonging to these communities who are studying in Government/Aided/Unaided schools from Classes 1st to 10th.

💰Financial Support: | A one-time financial support of ₹1,00,000/- will be provided to selected students in two installments: | - 1st Installment: ₹50,000/- released immediately after selection.- 2nd Installment: ₹50,000/- upon production of pass certificates for the 1st year course.

One Time Financial Support for Economically Weaker Meritorious ST Students

The "One Time Financial Support for Economically Weaker Meritorious ST Students" scheme aims to provide financial assistance ₹1,00,000/- to the economically weaker meritorious schedule tribe students to pursue different professional & other courses in government-recognized institutes/colleges.

💰Participants of the seminar will gain knowledge about the simplified course of Vedic Mathematics and learn its easy and practical methods.

One-day Seminar on Vedic Mathematics

The scheme aims to provide a common platform for officers, teachers, and students from universities, colleges, schools, and other departments to actively participate and gain knowledge about the simplified curriculum of Vedic Mathematics and its easy-to-apply methods.

Other Backward Caste Dashamottar Scholarship Scheme (Starting from Class 11) - Uttarakhand

The scheme aims to support Other Backward Class (OBC) students of Uttarakhand from Class 11th onwards by providing financial assistance for their education, including tuition fees and other academic expenses.

💰Sanctions are granted to the NGOs for providing special training in the centre as per the norms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).

Out of School Children scheme under Goa Sarva Shiksha Abhivan

The "Out of School Children" scheme is designed to ensure that every child in the 6-14 age group receives a complete elementary education. The primary objective is to identify children who are out of school and to reintegrate them into the educational system through specialized training programs.

Padho Pardesh

Padho Pardesh is a scheme of interest subsidy on educational loans for overseas studies for the students belonging to the minority communities. The scheme was launched by the Ministry of Minority Affairs in 2006 under the Prime Minister's New 15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities.

Pandit Deendayal Educational Excellence Award

The scheme aims to promote academic excellence among schools & students by providing cash awards to the best-performing schools at the high school & intermediate levels at the state level, as well as to students securing top positions in Uttarakhand Board High School & Intermediate Examinations.

💰The students of Class XI and XII fulfilling the eligibility criteria will receive ₹5,000/- per month for 10 months in a year. | - A student may enjoy more than one scholarship at a time, including PSMTS.

Pathani Samanta Mathematics Talent (Class - 11 To 12)

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious Higher Secondary School Students of Odisha having proficiency in Mathematics.

💰Financial Assistance: ₹5,000/- per annum for a duration of 4 to 5 years.

Perarignar Anna Memorial Award

The scheme aimed at supporting students from the Backward Classes (BC), Most Backward Classes (MBC), and Denotified Communities (DNC) in Tamil Through financial assistance to students securing the top two ranks in the 12th Public examination in each district.

Physical Research Laboratory Award
