Who can apply

The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.; The applicant must belong to the Other Backward Class (OBC) category.; The applicant must be enrolled in a recognized school/educational institution in Uttarakhand.; The applicant must be studying in Class 11 or higher level course.; The applicant must possess valid documents, such as Caste Certificate, Residence Certificate, Bank Passbook, Aadhaar Card, Photograph, Educational Qualification Certificates, and Income Certificate.; The total annual income of the parents/guardians from all sources must not exceed ₹2.5 lakh.; The scholarship will be available for one year only for studying in any class.; The applicant must have a counselling certificate.
