💰The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Plant protection equipment, Tarpaulin, Field Demonstration, Micronutrients, Water carrying pipeline, Agriculture fair, Organic Fertilizer, Pump set, the premium for Farmers 100% Water Soluble Fertilizers, Pesticides, accidental insurance scheme, etc. | - Under the scheme, seeds of more production varieties/Hybrids varieties and fertilizer, etc. will be distributed at a subsidized rate to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Areas (TASP).

💰Subsidized Rates: SC farmers receive essential agricultural inputs like seeds and fertilizers at significantly reduced costs. - Access to Quality Inputs: The scheme ensures farmers have access to high-quality minor and micro-elements, castor cake, neem cake, liquid fermented organic manure, or green manure seeds. - Reduced Cultivation Costs: By providing subsidized inputs, the scheme lowers the overall cost of cultivation, helping to improve the economic viability of farming for SC cultivators.

AGR-4 Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan for Distribution of Seeds and Fertilizers Input Kits at Subsidised Rates to Scheduled Caste Cultivators

The scheme aims to provide subsidised seeds, fertilizers, and organic inputs to Scheduled Caste farmers to improve agricultural productivity.

💰The financial assistance is given to farmers for the purchase of tractors as below: | a) Upto 40 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹45,000/-, whichever is less. | b) Above 40 PTO HP and up to 60 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹60,000/-, whichever is less.

AGR-50 Scheme-Assistance To Purchase Tractors

The scheme “AGR-50 Scheme-Assistance to Purchase Tractors” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat in the year 2011-12. The scheme was implemented for the farmers to help in buying the tractor in the state.

AGR-61 Agro Service Providers for the Purpose of Making Farming More Profitable With the Help of Farm Mechanization

This scheme has been introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Dept., Gujarat. It aims to support farmers in Gujarat by facilitating access to farm implements and mechanization.

💰Agri-Clinics - | Agri-Clinics are envisaged to provide expert advice and services to farmers on various aspects to enhance the productivity of crops/animals and increase the incomes of farmers. Agri-Clinics provide support in the following areas: | - Soil health | - Cropping practices | - Plant protection | - Crop insurance post-harvest technology clinical services for animals, feed and fodder management prices of various crops in the market, etc. | Agri-Business Centres - | Agri-Business Centres are commercial units of agri-ventures established by trained agriculture professionals. Agri-Clinics And Agri-Business Centres Scheme

A welfare scheme by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare was launched in 2002. AC&ABC aims at agricultural development, supplementing the efforts of public extension by providing extension and other services to farmers either on a payment basis or free of cost as per the business model.

💰Under this scheme, loans up to ₹10,00,000/- are provided to persons with disabilities for agricultural production, irrigation, horticulture, sericulture, purchasing agricultural machinery/equipment for agricultural services, marketing agricultural products, etc.

Agricultural Activities for Persons with Disabilities

This scheme provides loans up to ₹10,00,000/- to the persons with disabilities for agricultural production, irrigation, horticulture, sericulture, the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment for agricultural services, and the marketing of agricultural products etc.

Agricultural Extension

Extension Division endeavours towards successful implementation of Agricultural Extension activities. Through its various programmes, schemes and activities, Extension Division helps farmers to get information regarding scientific research and new knowledge in agricultural practices.

💰Under this scheme: | - ₹8,500/- per hectare is provided for Agriculture, Horticulture, and Annual Crops in unirrigated areas. A minimum of ₹1,000/- is payable. | - ₹17,000/- per hectare is provided for Areas with Assured Irrigation. The minimum amount of assistance payable to any farmer will be ₹2,000/-. | - For Evergreen Crops - ₹22,500/- per hectare is admissible for all types of evergreen crops. The minimum amount payable is ₹2,500/-. | - ₹6,000/- per hectare is payable to Sericulture Farmers. | - ₹7,000/- per hectare is payable for eri, mulberry and tussar crops. | - A minimum assistance of ₹1,000/- is payable for Munga crops.

Agricultural Investment Grant (in Case of Crop Damage of 33% or More)

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to farmers who suffer crop losses of 33% or more due to natural calamities such as floods, heavy rainfall, drought, hailstorms, or other notified disasters.

Agricultural Marketing Infrastructure

The revitalized and farmers’ income enhancing centric sub-scheme Agricultural Marketing Infrastructure (AMI) of Integrated Scheme for Agricultural Marketing (ISAM) is meant for holistic development of agricultural value chain critically focusing each linkage of post-harvest value chain.

💰Selected women farmers, male farmers, and youth have been trained-n-guided in agricultural and allied aspects of the scientific method. | - The latest information on agricultural aspects will be provided to the selected applicant under this scheme. | - The selected applicants have informed the developing scheme of the state and central levels.

The scheme “Agricultural Skill Development Training Programme for Women Farmers and Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Agriculture Academic Studies Scheme

The objective of the Scheme is to sponsor students for undergoing 4 years of Graduate/degree courses in Agriculture/Horticulture against State quota seats in different Agriculture Universities in the country.

💰Pattern of Assistance: | - Sponsorship of seats, book grants, and scholarships. | Type of Assistance and Entitlement (If any): | - Monthly stipend @ ₹1,200/-. | - Book grant @₹1,200/- per academic year.

💰Development of Export Infrastructure: Assistance for the Establishment of Processing and Supply Chain Infrastructure: | Benefits: | - The assistance will be up to 40% subject to a ceiling of ₹200 lakhs. | - The assistance will be up to 90% of the approved cost subject as in the case of assistance under 1(f), as per Operational Guidelines of APEDA.

Agriculture And Processed Foods Export Promotion Scheme Of APEDA For The 15th Finance Commission Cycle (2021-22 To 2025-26)

The Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is an export promotion scheme run by APEDA. The scheme aims to facilitate the export of agri-products by providing assistance to exporters.

💰Pattern of Assistance: | - Providing a 60% subsidy for the purchase of improved farm machinery and equipment (Proposed for Power Tiller and Diesel Water Pumpset). | Type of Assistance and Entitlement (If any): | - Subsidy for hiring of farm machinery and equipment.

Agriculture Engineering (Mechanical) Scheme

The objective of the scheme is to provide agricultural machinery such as power tillers/ bulldozers/ tractors etc. on hiring at subsidised rate.

💰Pattern of Assistance: | - Free distribution of information leaflets, package of practices, booklets etc., including sponsoring Farmers Group, SHG to exposure programmes like trade fairs, expos, exhibitions in and outside the State. | Type of Assistance and Entitlement (If any): | - Farmers Exposure Trip, Holding Crop Competition, Printing of booklets, leaflets, farmer calendar, publications, observation of World Food Day, Sponsoring farmers to participate in Trade Fair, Exhibition, Kisan Mela.

Agriculture Information Unit Scheme

The key objective is to disseminate information on Scientific methods of cultivation to extension staff and farming community through media such as pamphlets, leaflets, radio, television etc. and participating/holding awareness programs by means of exhibitions, seminars etc.
