The "Green Passage Scheme" Scheme provides free higher education to children without biological or adoptive parents. After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the scheme was revised to as well cover children who lost their both parents or single parent during the COVID-19 pandemic.

💰Exemption of Fees: | - The fees like application fees, admission/readmission fees, tuition fees, examination fees, hostel admission fees, laboratory fees, library fees, college development fees, etc. will be exempted. | - The institutions will also provide free accommodation and food to such students. | - In the case of Government Institutions, fees will be exempted at the time of admission on submission of required documents by the student. | - In the case of Non-Government Aided Colleges, fees will be exempted at the time of admission and would be reimbursed by Government on submission of required documents/vouchers by the institution to Government in Higher Education Department. | - In the case of Non-Government Un-aided Institutions, the student will take admission by arranging funds on his/her own and then seek reimbursement from the Government on submission of required documents/vouchers to the Government in the Higher Education Department. Such reimbursement will be limited to ₹ 5,00,000 maximum for the entire duration of the course.

The scheme “Him Kukkut Palan Yojna” was launched by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Himachal Pradesh to provide the subsidy to the entrepreneurs/farmers who are interested and engaged in poultry farming in the state.

The Maharishi Valmiki Sampoorn Swachata Puruskar (MVSSP) is a scheme under the Swachh Bharat Mission (G), Rural Development Department, H.P Government to identify and recognize the cleanest Gram Panchayat at various levels, including block, district, division, and state.

💰Block Level: The Gram Panchayat that attains the first position at the block level receives a cash prize of 1 lakh rupees. This monetary reward serves as recognition for their exemplary efforts in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within their community. 1. District Level: The prize amount increases to 3 lakh rupees at the district level. Two Gram Panchayats can receive the prize if a district has more than 300 Gram Panchayats. This encourages healthy competition among Gram Panchayats within the district, fostering a cleaner and more hygienic environment. 1. Division Level: The winning Gram Panchayat at the division level is awarded a cash prize of 5 lakh rupees. HIMAYAT- Deen Dayal Upadhyaya-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana

HIMAYAT is a placement-linked placement-linked market-driven skill training program by the Ministry of Rural Development for the unemployed youth of J&K. The scheme aims at providing entrepreneurial skills for sustainable livelihood to 30,000 youth of J&K and facilitating access to finance.

💰The Himayat shall be implemented in partnership with Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) empaneled under; and who qualify as per the guidelines of DDU-GKY, MoRD, and GoI. | - The Himayat programme aims to train 1,49,180 youth with placement assurance (at least 70%) of trained youth. | - The Programme is 100 percent funded by the Government of India as a special provision under the DDU-GKY programme and no formal cap on the budget and the number of youth to be trained/ placed. | - Technical and financial support shall be available for trainees post-training/placement as well. | - A liberal costing for training and post-placement allowance (including tracking) has been provided under the programme for the Project Implementation Agencies (PIA). | - The Himayat programme shall cover both urban and rural populations irrespective of levels of poverty. | - Training shall be both Residential and Non-Residential. | - Initial entry-level training will be provided for at least 3 months and upon completion, trainees will be placed in companies. | - The training will include computer-oriented skills, soft skills and English communication skills, as well as the technical skills needed for the particular job. | - There is provision for a reservation for skilling 40000 young women. | - 1000 youth will be trained for the placements abroad. | - The National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR) in Hyderabad has been designated as the Central Technical Support Agency (CTSA) for the appraisal of project proposals of PIAs. | - Initial entry-level training will be provided for at least 3 months and upon completion, trainees will be placed in companies. | If a trainee is not receiving the above entitlements he/she can call the Himayat Helpline at 01933-222364
