The Amma Two-wheeler is a scheme that will empower working women in Tamil Nadu State.

💰The reservation under the Amma two-wheeler scheme is as follows: | - 21% of the scheme's allocation is reserved for women belonging to Scheduled Castes. | - 1% of the scheme’s allocation is reserved for women belonging to Scheduled Tribes. | - 4% of the scheme’s allocation is reserved for differently abled women (across all categories). | Subsidy: A beneficiary under this scheme will be provided with a maximum subsidy of 50% of the cost of the vehicle or ₹25,000/- whichever is less, to purchase a brand new motorized gearless / auto-geared two-wheeler whose engine capacity should not exceed 125cc. The balance cost, over and above the subsidy amount, has to be borne by the beneficiary through a bank/institutional loan or her funds. | Loan Facilities: The beneficiary can buy the vehicle of her choice from her funds or by availing loans from Banks/Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs) governed by the rules of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Directorate of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration is implementing ‘Andaman & Nicobar Bed & Breakfast/Homestay Scheme’ all over the Island based on the approved guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India under the scheme “Incredible India Bed & Breakfast/Homestay Establishment”.

💰The scheme will be on a bed-and-breakfast basis, and charges will have to be levied accordingly. The type of breakfast to be offered will have to be specified, the charges will have to be displayed, and the visitors will have to be informed in advance to avoid unnecessary disputes. | - Once an establishment applies for classification or reclassification, it will have to be ready at all times for inspection by the Classification Committee. 💰The Health Insurance (ANISHI) shall provide cashless treatment upto ₹5 Lakhs per patients per illness which include indoor and outdoor treatments. | - Free travel expenses for patients with one attendant shall be reimbursed (Bunk class fare). | - Critically ill patients, if referred under the scheme to travel by flight, will be entitled to reimbursement of the air ticket for the patient and one attendant. | - In the very rare case of a beneficiary falling sick during a personal visit to the mainland and who requires emergency treatment, benefits under the scheme can be availed of but the travel expenses will not be allowed. | Note: In case the beneficiary undergoes treatment or on his own gets admitted in empanelled/non-empanelled hospital without completing codal formalities at State Nodal Cell (ANISHI), the reimbursement of hospital expense for such cases ‘will not be allowed’ under the scheme.

The scheme aims to increase agricultural productivity and production for SC/ST farmers who cannot afford improved seeds. It provides high-yielding improved seed varieties, up to one hectare, in exchange for existing crop or seed, backed by a 75% subsidy with a maximum limit of ₹1,500/-.

The scheme aims to enhance the economic status and productivity of SC/ST farmers by providing high-quality Breeder or Certified I grade seeds for seed production. Beneficiaries receive a 75% subsidy on the cost of the seed for up to 1 hectare of land.

💰Provision of Breeder or Certified I Grade Seeds for seed production. | - A 75% subsidy is provided on the Breeder or Certified Seed. | - The subsidy is applicable for a maximum area of 1 hectare. | - The payment of registration fees required by the Seed Certification Agency, including the application fee, registration fee, inspection fee, and sample fee, is covered from the scheme funds. | Conditions | - _The produced seeds must be made available to other Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers under the scheme at a fair price in the subsequent year._ | - _An agreement (Anubandh) must be executed between the department and the beneficiary through the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent to ensure seed production, marketing (muktjan), and payment according to policy._ | - _The entire agricultural methodology (Sampuurna Krishi Kaaryamaala) must be adopted for higher production._ | - _Undesirable plants (Avaanchhaniy Paudhon) must be separated to maintain seed purity._ | - _The raw seed produced under the program will undergo grading, processing, stacking, and packing at the Government Agricultural Farm or at the processing center of the Seed Corporation or other institutions if facilities are unavailable at the farm._ | - _The expenditure incurred on grading, processing, stacking, and packing of raw seeds produced at Government Agricultural Farms may be met by the Deputy Director of Agriculture from the scheme funds, provided the prepared seed is used only under the scheme._ | - _The remaining amount, after deducting the processing expenditure from the prescribed price of the supplied seed, must be deposited in the Government Treasury by challan towards payment to the Government Agricultural Farm._

💰Provision of Foundation or Certified Grade I seeds of improved varieties of high-yielding food grain crops for seed production. | - Eligibility for a 75% subsidy on the actual cost of the Foundation or Certified seed up to a maximum area of 1 hectare. | - Payment for registration (application fee, registration fee, inspection fee, and sample fee) with the Seed Certification Agency will be covered from the scheme budget. | - Technical training and necessary information will be provided by the Rural Agricultural Extension Officer, Senior Agricultural Development Officer, and Subject Matter Specialist (Sub-Divisional level). | - Guaranteed procurement of the produced seed by the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent at government-fixed rates. | - Expenditure related to the grading, processing, stocking, and packing of raw seeds produced on Government agricultural farms can be carried out by the Deputy Director of Agriculture from the scheme budget. | Conditions | - _The farmer must utilize the seed provided for a maximum area of 1 hectare and a minimum area of 0.2 hectares (1/2 acre)._ | - _The farmer must adopt the complete package of agricultural practices for higher production._ | - _The farmer must ensure the removal of undesirable plants to maintain seed purity._ | - _The farmer must sign an agreement with the department through the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent regarding seed production, procurement, and payment according to the policy._ | - _The farmer must pay the remaining 25% of the seed cost in cash or by providing their own seed._ | - _If the farmer provides their own seed, the price of that seed will be determined based on the support price._ | - _The produced Certified Seed must be made available to other Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers under the scheme in the subsequent year._ | - _The expenditure incurred on processing, grading, stocking, and packing will be deducted from the fixed price of the supplied seed, and the remaining amount must be deposited into the government treasury._
