The "Mukhyamantri Abua Swasthya Suraksha Yojana" by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Jharkhand aims to provide quality healthcare services to eligible families. Beneficiaries receive ₹15,00,000/- per family per year as health insurance coverage for advanced medical treatments.

💰Health insurance cover of ₹15,00,000/- per family per year. | - Coverage includes expenses for both general treatments and critical illnesses listed under the scheme. | - Beneficiaries can access services at empaneled public and private hospitals. | - Includes treatment costs for diabetes, blood pressure, and dialysis, with free medicines provided at government hospitals. | - Beneficiaries also gain access to treatment for 21 critical illnesses under the existing Mukhyamantri Gambhir Bimari Upchar Yojana. | NOTE: | - Temporary health cards will be issued for urgent treatments based on the beneficiary’s ration card. | - The first ₹1,00,000/- of coverage is managed by a selected insurance company, while the remaining up to ₹15,00,000/- is borne by the government in trust mode.

Mukhyamantri Alpasankhyak Protsahan Yojana

The scheme supports minority community candidates of Uttarakhand by offering financial incentives for competitive exam preparation. Incentives are provided at different stages of success in exams like UPSC, UKPSC (including judicial services), and entrances to IITs & IIMs.

💰The following incentives are provided to candidates from the minority community for their preparation: | For the All India Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC): | - ₹75,000/- after passing the Preliminary Examination and applying for the Main Examination. | - ₹25,000/- for interview preparation after passing the Main Examination. | For the Uttarakhand State and Subordinate Services (Direct Recruitment), Combined Competitive Examination, Higher Judicial Service, and Provincial Civil Services (Judicial) conducted by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC): | - ₹60,000/- after passing the Preliminary Examination and applying for the Main Examination. | - ₹20,000/- for interview preparation after passing the Main Examination. | For admission to national-level institutes through entrance examinations: | - Group A: Admission to IITs and IIMs – ₹60,000/- after clearing the entrance examination and securing admission. | - Group B: Admission to AIIMS, IISc Bangalore, IISER (Kolkata & Bangalore), national-level medical colleges recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), National Law Universities recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), and through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) – ₹50,000/- after passing the entrance examination and securing admission.

Under this scheme, students belonging to minority communities who are studying in a recognized institution, school, college, university, or technical institution in their respective districts and residing in minority hostels are provided a monthly stipend of ₹1,000/-.

💰Under this scheme, students from minority communities who are studying and residing in hostels run by the Minority Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, will receive the following benefits: | - A monthly stipend of ₹1,000/-. | - Provision of essential facilities such as cots, mattresses, bed sheets, tables, chairs for studying, as well as cooking utensils and kitchen facilities. | - Monthly distribution of 9 kg of rice and 6 kg of wheat to each student.

Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rozgar Rinn Yojana

The objective of this scheme is to provide loans of up to ₹5,00,000/- at a simple annual interest rate of 5% to youths from minority communities (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi) for generating employment.

💰Under this scheme, loans of up to ₹5,00,000/- are provided to youth from minority communities at a simple annual interest rate of 5% for the purpose of generating employment. | Note 1: After issuing the Sanction Order, the loan amount is transferred to the beneficiary's account via RTGS. | Note 2: If the sanctioned amount is: | - More than ₹1,00,000/- (per unit of equipment or machines, etc.): The amount is transferred to the vendor’s account after receiving a quotation or proforma invoice. - Less than ₹1,00,000/-: The amount is transferred directly to the applicant's account. | Loan Recovery: | - Interest: A simple interest of 5% will be levied on the loan amount after a 3-month moratorium period. - EMI: The loan must be repaid in 20 equal quarterly installments. - Processing Charge: A 0.5% processing fee of the sanctioned amount will be deducted before the RTGS payment. - Rebate: A 0.5% rebate on the outstanding interest will be given if the full loan amount is repaid on time. - Penalty: Failure to pay EMIs on time will result in compounded interest being recovered at the end of the financial year. - Post-dated Cheques: The applicant is required to submit 10 to 20 post-dated cheques.

The Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana, launched on 1 May 2021, aims to reduce medical expenses by offering free treatment for 1,798 procedures in government and empanelled private hospitals. Eligible NFSA, SECC 2011 families, contract workers, small farmers, and others can avail benefits.
