The scheme was launched by the Minority Welfare Department, Govt. of Bihar, to improve quality of education in recognized Madarsas. Under this scheme, state government provides essential facilities & infrastructure to Madarsas recognized by the Bihar State Madarsa Board & other government Madarsas.

💰Under this scheme, basic facilities and infrastructure will be provided to madrasas recognized by the Bihar State Madarsa Board and other government madarsas to enhance educational quality. Launched on 21st January 2015, the scheme "National Heritage City Development and Augmentation Yojana", also known as "HRIDAY" is a central sector scheme by the Ministry of Tourism. The scheme was introduced to bring together urban planning, economic growth, and heritage conservation.

Infrastructure and Technology Support

The sub-scheme “Infrastructure and Technology Support” aims to develop world-class infrastructure in the country to support handicraft production, enhance product quality, and reduce costs to enable it to compete in the global market.

💰Financial assistance and funding pattern:***  | - The financial ceiling for urban haat is maximum INR 800 lakh for each unit for 80 stalls. | - 40% of the admissible amount shall be borne by the O/o the DC(H) and DC(Hl) each and 20% will be contributed by the state implementing agency. | - Land will be provided by state govt and will be over and above the 20 % contribution by the implementing agency.  | - In case of NER, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh – 45 % of the admissible amount will be borne by the O/o the DC (HC) and DC (HL) each and 10% shall be contributed by the implementing agency. | - Assistance will also be given for strengthening/renovation of existing Urban Haats subject to a maximum financial limit of INR 250 lakhs (90% assistance will be borne by the Office of the DC (Handicrafts) & DC(Hl)and 10% by state. | Note- The financial assistance will be based on the number of stalls, land area & other deliverables in proportionate manner. The PAMC shall comprise DC (HC), ADC (HC), ADC(HL), representative of IFW and representative of State Implementing agency.

Mhaji Bus Scheme

The scheme provides a subsidy of ₹3/- per kilometer operated, 50% reimbursement of the annual insurance premium paid up to a maximum of ₹30,000/-, and assistance of ₹10,00,000/- for replacing buses older than 15 years with new buses having a minimum seating capacity of 27.

💰A subsidy of ₹3/- per kilometer operated shall be provided to eligible bus operators under the scheme. | - Bus Insurance Subsidy is provided as 50% reimbursement of the annual insurance premium paid up to a maximum of ₹30,000/-. | - The scheme provides Assistance of ₹10,00,000/- for replacing buses older than 15 years, with new buses having a minimum seating capacity of 27. | - The operator shall retain full fare revenue collected from the passengers and shall not be required to deposit any fare amount with the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited. | - Bus operators participating in the scheme shall be entitled to receive 50% of the revenue generated from advertisements displayed on their buses. | - Mobilization advance, if required, may be sanctioned up to 60 days of operational subsidy based on the recommendation of Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited. | Disbursement | - Kilometers for Financial assistance will be considered as per the Fare Chart issued along with the stage carriage permit by the Regional Transport Authority. | - The amount collected through Kadamba Transport Corporation Smart transit Passes and Smart transit cards will be reimbursed to the respective operators as per the guidelines set by Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited.

National Bio Energy Programme - Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency

The scheme aims to promote the use of biogas as a clean and renewable energy source, help livestock farmers set up biogas plants, reduce the use of conventional fuels, and support eco-friendly rural development in the state.

💰The gas produced from biogas plants can be used for cooking, and high-quality compost manure can also be obtained as a byproduct. | The grant for establishing biogas plants is payable as follows: | - 1 cubic meter – ₹17,000/- | - 2–4 cubic meters – ₹22,000/- | - 6 cubic meters – ₹29,250/- | - 8–10 cubic meters – ₹34,500/- | - 15 cubic meters – ₹63,250/- | - 20–25 cubic meters – ₹70,400/- | The estimated cost of a small biogas plant is approximately ₹40,000/-, and the department provides a grant of ₹22,000/-.

New Generation Innovation Network

The scheme aims to create an ecosystem that promotes innovation in educational institutions. Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to host institutes and student teams for running incubators and for student projects.

💰The host institute will be provided a one-time grant of ₹10 lakhs to set up the required infrastructure for the implementation of the scheme and also provide the following expenses: | Operational Expenses: | - Each Educational Institute will get funding of ₹5 Lakhs per year to be used towards operating expenditure for maintenance. | - Operational Expenses Grant of ₹5 lakhs per annum (released in phases of ₹2.5 lakhs at a time) shall be operated like a revolving fund i.e. upon submission of audited utilization the next installment could be claimed | Project Fund: | - Each Project/team will get a maximum funding of ₹1.00 lakh and the college will take up a maximum of 5 projects in a year. Each project/idea selected by the host institute shall have to be approved by the State Level Committee.

Consumer has to pay only Beneficiary Share and CFA will be disbursed to Empaneled Vendor directly after proper inspection by Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA).

Under the scheme, interest free loan to Waqf Boards (WBs)/waqf institutions is granted to various Waqf Boards and Waqf Institutions in the country for construction of economically viable buildings on the Waqf land, such as commercial complex, marriage halls, hospitals, cold storage etc..

💰Under this scheme, the Council provides loan assistance through the respective State Waqf Boards for the construction of economically and commercially viable buildings on Waqf land, such as commercial arcades, marriage halls, hospitals, cold storage facilities, etc. | - As a special case, Grant-in-aid shall be granted to State Waqf Boards/waqf Institutions with the prior approval of the Ministry for social development projects on waqf land. | - Maximum interest free loan payable will be ₹2.00 crore or 75% of the estimated cost of the project (excluding the value of the land), whichever is less.

The Government of Tamil Nadu introduced Differently Abled Persons In Stated Owned Tranportat Corporation buses.

💰i) All visually impaired persons are given travel concession to travel up to 100 Km. to and fro without any condition and free of cost. | ii) Free-of-cost travel concession is allowed to intellectually disabled persons to travel with one escort. | iii) The speech and hearing impaired and locomotor differently-abled persons are given travel concession free of cost up to 100 Kms to go to schools/colleges/hospitals/training centers/work spots from their residence and return. | iv) Free travel concession is provided to children with disabilities to attend early intervention centers and pre-schools along with one escort/parent. | There is no income ceiling to avail concessions in (i) to (iv).
