💰The assistance provided under this scheme shall be in the form of an interest subvention on a reimbursement basis. | - All new MSMEs engaged in manufacturing, service, and trading activities shall be eligible for interest subvention on the interest charged by the financial institution on an approved project for loan amounts up to ₹10 lakhs (for Term loan and/or working capital loan) for a period of five years from the date of disbursement of the 1st installment of the loan by the financial institution. | - In a case where the loan amount exceeds ₹10 Lakhs, the interest subvention shall be considered for loans up to ₹10 Lakhs only. | - The rate of subvention will be up to a maximum of 6%. "Preferential Purchase Incentives for Micro and Small Enterprises Scheme" aims to encourage and boost the Micro and Small Scale Enterprise Sector. Benefits such as price matching, reduced tender document costs, and priority in payments are provided to Micro and Small Enterprises.

💰Micro and Small Enterprises shall be allowed to match the lowest tender price floated by non-Small Scale Units provided its quoted price is within 15% of the lowest quoted price floated by Non-Micro and Small Enterprises. | - In case of more than one Micro or Small Enterprises falling within the range, the lowest one shall be preferred. | - In case of contractual tenders for installation, commissioning of machinery/items, etc., the preference of quoted price, the pro-rata percentage over and above the lowest quotation shall be granted to the concerned Micro or Small Enterprises for being qualified to match the lowest one. | - For the purpose of availing benefits under this Scheme, the Micro and Small Enterprises shall be required to match the standard of quality as required by the State Government Department. | - The Scheme shall be applicable even for the purchase of computer hardware and other electronic items except in cases of purchases of the Education Department. | - The tender documents shall be supplied to Micro and Small Enterprises at the rate of a maximum of ₹200. | - Earnest money shall be required to be deposited and the same shall be a maximum of ₹500. | - No other security deposit is required. | - Priority in payment shall be ensured to Micro and Small Enterprises, and the payment shall be effected by the concerned Department within 60 days from the delivery of goods or completion of tendered work, failing which the Department shall be liable to pay an interest at the rate of 0.75% per month.

"Promotion of Energy Audit and Conservation of Energy (PEACE): Training Programme" is introduced to enable MSMEs to establish the systems and processes necessary to improve energy performance, and energy efficiency, and help reduce energy consumption and costs.

💰Programme Content | - The participants will be exposed to how an effective Energy Management System (EnMS) can help their organization improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. | - A tailor-made training program conforming to the requirements of MSMEs/ clusters must be designed. Programs could especially be fashioned around utilities and systems that a particular industry is dealing with on a day-to-day basis. | - For example, energy audit and conservation in electrical systems like maximum demand control, power factor control servo motors, transformers, pumps, fans, air-conditioning units, chillers, DG sets, lighting systems, air compressors, etc. and thermal systems like boilers, furnaces, driers, thermic fluid systems, heat exchangers, steam systems, etc. | Programme Duration | - The course will be for 3 - 4 days, based on the need and requirement. | - Wherever possible training may be organized sector-wise / cluster-wise / product-wise. | Training Faculty | - The training faculty may preferably be drawn from organizations such as the Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), India SME Tech Services Ltd. 💰Financial Assistance: 100% financial assistance is provided on development of the kiln with unit cost of ₹83,000/-. | Technology Provision: Energy-efficient furnaces are provided to improve productivity and quality. | Health Benefits: Reduced health risks for pottery artisans through improved technology. | Mode and Frequency of Disbursement | - The assistance will be given only in the form of an energy saving furnace. | - No assistance related to the kiln will be paid in cash. | Conditions for Availment/Continuation | - The energy-saving furnace must be used only for pottery business. | - Beneficiaries must send a report about the utility of the furnace to the organization every 3 months after the furnace is ready. | - Cost of maintenance and repair of the furnace must be borne by the beneficiaries at their own expense after construction and installation. | - Misuse of the furnace will result in legal action by the institute.

This scheme provides financial assistance to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Haryana for obtaining quality certifications such as ISO, HACCP, BSI, WHO-GMP, ZED, TS, and Hallmark. It aims to promote quality standards and enhance competitiveness among MSMEs.

💰The scheme offers 75% reimbursement of the cost, up to a maximum of ₹1,00,000/- for certifications approved by the Quality Council of India. These include ISO, HACCP, BSI, WHO-GMP, ZED, TS, and Hallmark certifications. The financial assistance is over and above the support already provided by the Government of India.
