The scheme covers artisans traditionally engaged in stone, wood, copper, iron, lamp, ringal, bamboo, and natural fibre-based product development, as well as any crafts approved by the government from time to time.
What is the mode of payment for the pension amount?
The additional incentive pension is paid quarterly into the artisan’s bank or post office account.

Application forms are available at the office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre or can be downloaded from the departmental website https://doi.uk.org.
