Who can apply

The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.; The applicant must be a skilled artisan.; The applicant must be at least 45 years of age.; The applicant must be proficient in traditional or extraordinary art forms and has made unprecedented contribution in the field of traditional crafts.; The artisans must have contributed to the training of young artisans.; The applicant must have at least 15 years of experience in a recognized traditional craft.; The applicant must not be employed in government/semi-government/cooperative institution/union.
