Boys and girls aged 6 to 18 years who belong to BPL families, or whose family income is less than ₹55,000 per year, or belong to SC/ST/OBC and minority communities. Children who are orphaned, disabled, ragpickers, beggars, or from urban deprived and weaker sections are also eligible.
