The applicant must be a family member of the deceased primary breadwinner.; The deceased primary breadwinner must have been a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.; The family must be classified under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.; The deceased must have been between 18 and 59 years of age at the time of death.
