The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.; The applicant must be a worker engaged in construction, repair, maintenance, or related activities involving government and non-government buildings, as well as other construction works such as bridges, roads, airstrips, irrigation projects, water drainage systems, embankments, tunnels, flood control structures, power generation, transmission and distribution, water works, oil and gas installations, dams, canals, reservoirs, pipelines, towers, television towers, mobile/telephone towers, etc.; The workers under MNREGA (such as labourers, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc.) and other construction workers are also eligible.; The applicant must be between 18 and 60 years of age.; The applicant must possess a certificate confirming that they have worked as a construction or other related worker for at least 90 days in the previous year.
