Yes, the annual family income should not exceed ₹3,50,000/- in rural areas and ₹4,50,000/- in urban areas.

Applicants can obtain the application form from the Minority Welfare Office in their district.
How is the selection of candidates done?
After submitting the application, candidates are called for an interview by a district-level selection committee under the chairmanship of the District Minority Welfare Officer / District Social Welfare Officer (ex-officio District Manager).
