Applicant must be registered with Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.; Applicant must have their own homes, but not have toilets in it.; Applicant must not have received similar benefits from any other government scheme.; Applicant must be regularly depositing contributions.; Applicant must have an Aadhaar card.; Applicant must have a bank account in a CBS branch of a nationalized bank.
