To apply to the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) of the concerned AMC / Nagar Panchayat / RD Block in prescribed application form which shall be available from the office of the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) free of cost.
Who will be the Sanctioning Authority?
The CDPO will sanction the incentive with prior approval of the Director of Social Welfare and Social Education.

What was the original income criterion for parents to be eligible for the scheme?
Originally, parents had to be BPL (Below Poverty Line) cardholders or listed BPL households.
Do existing beneficiaries who were covered by the earlier scheme guideline continue to receive benefits?
Yes, existing beneficiaries already covered by this scheme will continue to receive the benefits.
