Yes, the assistance is not provided if the registered worker already has two living children.

The assistance provided by this scheme is in addition to any other benefit received from any other government scheme in this regard.
Can a registered construction worker with dues to the Board apply?
No, the registered construction worker must have no dues payable to the Board to be eligible for the assistance.
What if the worker has not been registered for one year continuously?
The worker would not be eligible for the maternity benefit or paid maternity leave if they have not been registered for at least one year continuously.
