- In case of death due to accident : ₹5,00,000/- | - In case of permanent total disability due to accident : ₹3,00,000/- | - Permanent total disability means disabling of two eyes or both hands or both legs due to accident. | - In case of partial permanent disability due to accident : ₹1,00,000/- | - Permanent partial disability means disabling of one hand or one leg. | - In case of serious injury in an accident : Up to ₹20,000/- | - (Serious injury in an accident means the beneficiary being admitted as an in-patient in the hospital for at least 5 days. The determination of serious injury will be decided based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board .) | - In case of minor injuries in an accident : Up to ₹5,000/- | - Minor injuries means hospitalization as an inpatient in a hospital for less than 5 days | - In case of normal death of a construction worker : ₹75,000/-

Who can apply

Construction workers must be between 18 to 60 years of age.; Construction workers must be registered with the labor board.; Construction worker must be depositing their contributions regularly.
