Who can apply

The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.; The applicant must be the mother or father of a daughter serving or retired from any recognized defense service (Army, Navy, or Air Force).; The applicant’s daughter must be serving in a recognized defense unit or retired not more than five years ago.
