- The scholarships shall be paid at the rate of ₹250/- per month per trainee subject to the condition that the corresponding decrease shall be affected in the rate of scholarship if the trainees receive a stipend from any other department of the Government or any organization.

Who can apply

The applicant should belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Class (OBC) as notified by the Himachal Pradesh State Government.; The applicant should be a bonafide Himachali.; The applicant should be studying in a Government or Government-recognized Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I.) or I.T.I. for Women in Himachal Pradesh.; The applicant should be pursuing technical training and require financial assistance to continue the course.
