Who can apply

The applicant must be a resident of Haryana and possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).; The applicant must submit an undertaking in the DPR agreeing to bear all operational, maintenance, and post-construction costs.; The applicant must ensure that the ice plant/cold storage remains continuously operational.; The applicant must ensure that the ice produced is supplied to fishers and fish farmers at affordable prices.; The applicant must either own the land or have it on a long-term registered lease of at least 10 years.; The applicant must note that central assistance will be provided based on actual costs, within the overall ceiling limits specified under PMMSY sub-components.; The applicant must understand that, upon approval, the subsidy will be disbursed as per the procedure laid out under PMMSY.
