Who can apply

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.; The applicant should be between 18 and 55 years old.; This scheme is applicable for women only.; The applicant should belong to Backward Classes in the case of individual woman beneficiary.; In a Self-Help Group (SHG) 60% of members can be from Backward Classes and the remaining 40% members may be from other weaker sections like SC/Handicapped/Minorities etc.; The applicant's annual family income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/- in both rural and urban areas.; The applicant should have Pariwar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID).
