Who can apply
The applicant/beneficiary should be a resident of Haryana.; The applicant should possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).; All operational, maintenance, and post-construction management costs of the infrastructure facilities shall be borne by the beneficiary.; The beneficiary should ensure that the Fish Feed Mill remains in functional condition.; The beneficiary should supply the feed produced from the government-assisted Fish Feed Mill/Plant to fishers and fish farmers at an affordable price.; The applicant should either own the land or have it on a registered lease agreement valid for a minimum of 10 years.
