Who can apply

The applicant should be a Domicile of Haryana State and should have been residing in Haryana State for the last year at the time of submission of the application.; The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years.; The applicant must submit a certificate from the Civil Surgeon in support of his/her being a Dwarf.

Who is Eligible for this scheme ?

The applicant should be a resident of Haryana State and must have resided in Haryana State for previous one year at the time of submission of application. | The beneficiary should be of prescribed height to be eligible i.e., 3 feet 8 inches for male candidates and 3 feet 3 inches for female candidates. | The minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years to apply for this scheme. | The applicant should submit a certificate from the Civil Surgeon as an evidence of being a Dwarf.

What documents need to submit while applying for this scheme ?

The applicant will have to give a certificate of dwarfism from the District Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon.Birth certificate.Income certificate. Photocopy of the first page of the bank account. Address proof.Aadhaar card. A recent photograph of the applicant. Caste certificate

How to apply offline ?

The applicant will have to apply for the scheme in the prescribed application form along with the medical certificate. The application form is available free of cost in the District welfare office or can download from https://edisha.gov.in/downloadforms

What is the benefits of the scheme ?

The allowance is Rs. 2500/- per month effective from 01.04.2021.
