The scheme aims to promote economic self-reliance among professionally educated unemployed youth from Thakor & Koli communities, aged between 18 & 35 years, who hold degrees in fields such as Pharmacy, Software/Hardware, Automobile Engineering, Law, Chartered Accountancy, & others.

What you get

Loan Amount: | - Up to ₹5,00,000/-. | Interest Rate: | - 5% per annum. | Contribution Split: | - 95% of the business/project cost is covered under the scheme as a loan. | - 5% contribution must be made by the beneficiary. | Loan Repayment Terms: | - Repayable in 60 equal monthly installments (maximum 5 years). | - The repayment period depends on the nature of the business plan.

Who can apply

The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.; The applicant should belong to the Thakor or Koli caste/community.; The applicant should be between 18 and 35 years of age on the date of application.; The applicant should have technical/professional education or experience in the field of business/trade.; The applicant should be unemployed and looking to start a self-employment unit.; The applicant family’s annual income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.; The applicant should have completed professional education in areas such as Medical, Law, Architecture, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, Hotel Management, Software/Hardware, Financial Consultancy, Sculpture or Wrestling (with training) etc.
