The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat.; The applicant must be a student.; The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.; The applicant must have secured special merit in Matriculation, Higher Secondary, Indian School Certificate, or its equivalent examination.; The applicant must have secured admission to a recognized foreign university for higher education.; The applicant must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination.
