The applicant must be not less than 60 years of age.; The applicant must have at least 10 years of contribution in the field of Khell-Tiatr.; The applicant must demonstrate excellence as an actor, script writer, director, singer, lyricist, set designer, or other theatrical role in Khell/Khell-Tiatr.; The applicant who is an actor/singer/stage manager/lights effects provider/make-up artist/costume designer/live music/background music provider must have performed in at least 10 khell-tiatrs.; The applicant who is a writer/director must have written/directed at least 10 khell-tiatrs.; The applicant's innovative contributions to the presentation of Khell/Khell-Tiatr will be evaluated.; The applicant's work in other languages or films beyond Khell/Khell-Tiatr will be considered.; The applicant's published books of scripts/lyrics will be taken into account.; The applicant's previous awards in the field will be considered.
