The scheme aims to assist Sugarcane Growers to take up sugarcane cultivation in the State of Goa. It provides financial support to farmers cultivating sugarcane, paid based on actual tonnage supplied at the factory weighbridge as per the Fair & Remunerative Price.

- Financial assistance is provided based on the Fair & Remunerative Price (FRP) fixed by the National Federation of Co-operative Sugar Factories Limited, New Delhi, from time to time. | - Farmers will be paid based on the actual tonnage of canes weighed at the Sugar factory weighbridge. | Conditions | - The farmers must harvest and supply the sugarcane on their own to Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana (SSSKL). | - The harvested cane must be loaded and brought to Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, Dayanandnagar Dharbandora by the farmer on his own cost. | - The farmer must duly sign the GAR 32 form, which is used in the submission process by Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana to the Zonal Agricultural Office. | - The Government or Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana will not take any responsibility to harvest and transport the sugarcane.
