The applicant should be an Artisan.; The applicant should be from one of the following target groups - Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minority, Safai Karamchari, and Persons with Disabilities.; The applicant should be a beneficiary of the Delhi Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities, and Safai Karamchari Finance and Development Corporation (DSFDC).; The applicant should have availed a loan from DSFDC.; The applicant should be a resident of Delhi.; The applicant should be registered online under Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) at the website www.udyogaadhar.gov.in.
