Who is Eligible?

The applicant must be a legitimate offspring of an Ex-Serviceman, with details recorded in the Service Book.; The applicant must be a son below 21 years of age or an unmarried daughter.; The applicant must have lost both parents (ESM and spouse).; The application must be recommended by the respective Zila Sainik Board (ZSB).
