How can a training provider participate in short term training (central component) in PMKVY 3.0?

The target allocation under centrally sponsored centrally managed (CSCM) component of short-term training (STT) PMKVY 3.0 will be done in two phases: | In phase 1, all the PMKKs across the country will be allocated targets under PMKVY 3.0. | In phase 2, the left-over targets will be allocated to eligible training centres through Request For Proposal (RFP). | As on date, the phase 1 target allocations to all the PMKKs have been concluded for STT CSCM PMKVY 3.0.
