The applicant should be a central ministry or department, state or union territory government, district, or urban local body.; The applicant should be an academic institution, research organization, or startup (as per the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade definition).; The applicant should have implemented an e-governance project using information and communication technology.; The applicant should ensure that the project was launched between 01.10.2023 and 30.09.2025.; The applicant should ensure that the project is fully operational as on 01.12.2025.; The applicant should submit only one project under one category.; The applicant should ensure that the project demonstrates innovation, efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric service delivery.
