Who is Eligible?

1) The applicant must be an Indian citizen. | 2) Faculties with regular service having a PhD degree are eligible to apply. | 3) PhD/PDF scholars in the advanced stage of their research are eligible. | 4) If the paper is co-authored, priority will be given to the first author. But a No Objection Certificate (s) from the second author(s) is must. | 5) Must be affiliated public funded Universities / Deemed-to-be-Universities/Colleges, Institutes of National Importance as defined by MoE / UGC, and ICSSR Research Institutes/Recognized Institutes
