The Board provides financial assistance as disability pension to a beneficiary who is permanently disabled due to paralysis leprosy, TB., accident etc. in addition to this pension he/she will be eligible for an one time Ex-gratia payment depending upon the percentage of disability.
Under the scheme, eligible workers receive ₹1,000/- per month for permanent disabilities caused by conditions such as paralysis, leprosy, tuberculosis, or accidents. Additionally, a one-time assistance of ₹75,000/- is granted for total permanent disability, and ₹50,000/- for partial disability.
Through the "Disability Pension" scheme, the worker who is permanently disabled due to Paralysis / Leprosy / Tuberculosis(TB) / Accident is provided with financial assistance of ₹300/- per month, and an ex-gratia payment of not more than ₹10,000/-, depending on the percentage of the disability.
