💰The tuition fees, annual fees, one-time fees, hostel charges, and any other fees deposited by the student in the colleges/universities/institutions except the caution money/any other refundable money as admissible shall be released to the concerned student Account directly through DBT. | - The mess /hostel charges of ₹1200/- per month & ₹1000/- per month for ten months shall be provided to the Degree & Diploma/Polytechnic/ITI students respectively as per the guideline of ST & SC Development, Minorities and BCW Department. | Note 01: For the refund and penalties in different situations, the institution shall follow the guidelines/modalities of the concerned Department/Institution. Any refundable security deposit shall not be part of the scholarship and needs to be paid by the student. | Note 02: The scholarship sanctioned in favour of a student shall be liable for cancellation if he/she is found to have obtained the scholarship by false statements, discontinue his/her studies, or is in receipt of any other scholarship.

KALIA Scholarship

The objective of the scheme is to extend financial assistance to the children of the beneficiaries under KALIA for pursuing Professional/Technical courses in the State of Odisha.

Kaushal Vikas Yojana

Kerala Biotechnology Re-Entry Fellowship

“Kerala Biotechnology Re-Entry Fellowship (K-BiREF)” is a fellowship programme to attract well-trained and highly skilled researchers with a good track record (Indian nationals) working abroad in various frontier areas in biotechnology to research and academic institutions in Kerala.

💰The scheme offers a Post-Doctoral Fellowship of ₹45,000/- + 10 % HRA per month along with an annual contingency grant of ₹75,000/-. | - The duration of the Fellowship is limited to a maximum of 2 years.

KSCSTE Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programme

KSCSTE Post-Doctoral Fellowships will be provided to those who possess Ph.D. in science and engineering with high quality research publications in SCI journals. The program aims to encourage Ph.D. holders to pursue further research and to develop career as scientist.

💰The Fellowship carries a monthly stipend of ₹31,000/- for the first two years (JRF) and ₹35,000/- per month in the third year (SRF). | - There is an annual contingency grant of ₹20,000/-. | - All Research Fellows shall be allowed hostel accommodation wherever available and those residing in a hostel provided by the University/Institute shall not be eligible for HRA. "Laptop Supply Scheme" by the School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh provides ₹25,000/- for purchasing a laptop to students who score 80% or more in 12th Standard from a Government Higher Secondary School or a Madhya Pradesh Board (MP Board) affiliated school.

Laptop-e Scheme

The scheme aims to equip Class XI students with individual portable computer systems to enhance digital learning, knowledge acquisition, and skill attainment for employment or self-employment. Students receive one entry-level Laptop or Notebook equipped with specific technical requirements.

💰Long-Term Fellowship (6-12 months) in Indian institutes: | - A consolidated stipend of ₹40,000/- per month for a period of stay in the host institute, which is at a different station from the parent Institute. In case, the training is at the same station, the rate of stipend payable will be ₹20, 000/- per month. | - Expenditure on travel will be as per the T.A. rules of the parent organization. | - One-time contingency grant of ₹30,000 (maximum) to meet the expenses of local taxi charges, attending meetings, etc., and ₹20,000/- for attending progress review meetings at DHR. | - The amount (stipend and contingency) will be placed at the disposal of the parent institute for disbursement to the fellow as per the prescribed norms and the parent institute will submit the utilization certificate for the expenditure incurred. | Long-Term Fellowship (6-12 months) in Foreign institutes: | - A consolidated stipend of US $3000/- per month (or equivalent in other foreign currency) for the period of stay in the host institute abroad. May be revised as per the criteria of DBT/DST. | - Cost of air passage in economy class by Air India from the parent institute to the foreign host institute by the shortest possible route. | - One-time contingency grant of ₹50,000 (maximum) to meet the expenses of local taxi charges visa fee and Health insurance, attending meetings, etc., and ₹20,000/- for attending progress review meetings at DHR. | - A grant of US $600 for a period of up to 6 months and US $ 1200 for a period of 6-12 months for attending conferences/institutes of interest may be given with the recommendations of the Guide in the foreign host institute. | - The stipend will be given to the ‘selected fellow’ through a bank transaction. In the beginning, the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees for the first month will be paid to the fellow as an advance stipend. | - The expenditure incurred in the head ‘contingency’ will be reimbursed to a fellow after the production of the original voucher.
