The “Kerala Stressed MSMEs Revival & Rehabilitation Scheme” intends to provide financial and other handholding support to the MSMEs which show signs of stress and to convert their non-productive assets into productive assets.

💰Entitlement in the scheme shall be limited to an amount of ₹5 lakhs per applicant unit to be availed as one-time assistance only. | - Assistance/Relief Available from Government: | a) Restructuring of existing loan account: If the bank is willing to restructure the existing loan account and extend additional term loan/working capital loan based on the Revival Project recommendations of the Expert Committee, the unit is eligible for the following one-time Assistance. These assistances are also eligible for self-financed units availing term loan/working capital loan as part of the Revival Package recommended by the Expert Committee. | - Margin Money Grant: 50% of the margin insisted by the bank/Financial Institution towards additional working capital loan and term loan, will be payable as Grant Assistance limited to ₹2 lakhs. - Interest Subvention Assistance: To provide financial assistance in the form of interest subvention on a reimbursement basis for the additional term loan and additional working capital loan availed by the units based on the Revival Project Report recommended by the expert committee. The interest subvention is 6% per annum subject to a maximum amount of ₹1 lakh. The interest subvention is limited to one (first) year on the loan sanctioned by the financial institution/bank. | b) Restart Expenses: The following one-time assistance shall be payable as restart expenses based on the Revival Project recommendations of the Expert Committee. | - In cases where no term loan is availed for the purchase of brand new additional/balancing plant & machinery, 50% of the cost of Additional/Balancing Plant and Machinery limited to ₹1.50 lakhs will be payable as one-time assistance. | - 50% of the cost incurred for the inevitable repair and maintenance of the existing Plant and Machinery and Building limited to ₹1.00 lakh will be reimbursed. | c) Clearance of Statutory Dues: If there are statutory dues existing for the unit related to the agencies like KSEB, GST/Commercial Tax, Excise, Pollution Control Board, etc. 50% of the dues limited to ₹40,000 shall be payable as one-time assistance based on the Revival Project recommendations of the Expert Committee. | d) Cost of Revival Project Report: | - Cost of preparation of RPR will be reimbursed @100%, ₹10,000/- per unit. | - The maximum assistance admissible for each unit, all reliefs and assistances put together, under the scheme will be limited to ₹5 Lakhs.

"Land/Built-Up Area Rebate Scheme" by the Dept. of IT, Govt. of Goa. The scheme aims to provide Land / Built-up Area Rebate to the IT Industry in the state of Goa. A one-time rebate for the purchase of Land for creating IT Office Space and for the purchase of Built-Up office space for IT operations.

💰Purchase of Land for creating IT Office Space: A one-time rebate at ₹40,000 per male employee (₹50,000 per female employee) will be provided up to 60% of the cost of the land as determined by the Consideration Amount (value as defined in the Stamp Registration/ Sale Deed). | - Purchase of Built-Up office space for IT operations: A one-time rebate will be provided up to 20% of the cost of the space as determined by the Consideration Amount (value as defined in the Stamp Registration/ Sale Deed). | NOTE 1: The maximum rebate under this provision for land purchased would be ₹1,50,00,000 and for the purchase of Built up space would be ₹1,00,00,000. | NOTE 2: A Unit can avail of any one of the above-mentioned rebate options. To avail of this rebate, the Units should have direct employment proportional to the built-up space created at the rate of up to 80 sq ft per employee. Direct employees should have been on the rolls of the unit for a minimum period of 12 months. | - Based on the number of employees of Goan origin or Goan Graduates, the percentage of incentives under clauses 2.1 and 2.2 above shall be disbursed on a pro-rata basis as under: | - Upto 30% of employees on rolls of the company: 50% | - 30% to 60% employees on rolls of the company: 75% | - More than 60% of employees on the rolls of the company: 100%. | - For Existing Units, rebates may be claimed on transactions that are made up to 3 years prior to the notification of the policy. | - For New Units, the rebate may be availed on transactions made post-notification of the policy. Prescribed guarantees would be taken from the sponsors of the project for the rebate. | NOTE: The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded.

Launched in 2018, the "Lease Rental Subsidy Scheme" is one of the "Information Technology Policy Schemes" by the Department of Information Technology, Government of Goa. The objective and the scope of this scheme is to provide Lease Rental Subsidy to the eligible Information Technology Units in Goa.

💰A rental/ Lease reimbursement on the built-up office space lease/rent, up to 50% of the Annual Lease Rentals (60% in cases where 30% or more of the employees are women) for a period of 2 years. | - Incentives under clause 2.1 above shall be disbursed on a pro-rata basis based on the number of Employees of Goan origin or Goan Graduates: | - Upto 30% of employees on rolls of the company: 50% | - 30% to 60% employees on rolls of the company: 75% | - More than 60%employees on rolls of the company: 100% | In order to avail the benefits of the scheme, the employees should be on the rolls of the company for a minimum period of one year. | - The above rebate is also applicable if the built-up space is leased from GIDC/ any Government Agency. | - For the units availing land from GIDC/ any Government Agency, a reimbursement of the upfront lease premium (as per the Stamp Registration) paid by the unit shall be reimbursed as per the payment to the Allotment Agency. In addition, the annual lease rentals paid to the allotment can also be claimed post-completion of one year of operation. This reimbursement would be provided for a period of 2 years. | - In order to avail of this benefit the unit should be operational for at least one year prior to the date of applying for the incentive. | - The Maximum benefit under this scheme for smaller business units would be ₹10,00,000. | - There is no cap for the Mega & Other Business Units under this Scheme. | NOTE 1: The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded. | NOTE 2:** The applicant units will be subject to evaluation at the end of the Fiscal Year to verify eligibility for continuing to receive a subsidy under this scheme.
