"Infrastructure Development Subsidy (For IT/ITES)" under "Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Capital Intensive Industries"

Through this scheme, 30% Subsidy subject to a max. of ₹1,00,00,000/- will be granted on the investment made on building with a minimum extent of 50,000 sq.ft. constructed area, by the infrastructure developers/industries for leasing out to Information Technology industries or for own industrial use.

💰30% subsidy, subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,00,000/-. | _The building value will be assessed by the PIPDIC/Public Works Department._ | Number of Installments | The infrastructure subsidy shall be disbursed in annual installment not exceeding ₹25,00,000/- per annum till completion of the total eligible subsidy. | Mode of Disbursement | - The subsidy amount shall be disbursed through the financial institutions/banks only, if the unit is financed by them, towards the adjustment against the loan availed by the entrepreneurs or for the creation of additional fixed assets or for the working capital purposes. | - In case of self-financed units, the subsidy shall be disbursed directly to the entrepreneur/unit. | The financial institution shall mean and include PIPDIC or any other Government Corporation, Scheduled Banks including Co-operative Banks.

"Infrastructure Subsidy" under "Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Industries"

The "Infrastructure Subsidy" is a Component of the "Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Industries" Scheme by the Industries and Commerce Department, Puducherry. 25% subsidy is provided to the industrial units who have made investments on buildings.

💰25% subsidy subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,00,000/-. For the infrastructure developer who has made investment on building with a minimum extent of 50,000 sq. ft. constructed area, for leasing out to IT industries. | - 25% subsidy subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,00,000/-. For the industrial unit, which is investing for construction of factory building of not less than 50,000 sq.ft for setting up of the IT industries. | - 25% subsidy subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,00,000/-. For the infrastructure developer who has made investment on building with a minimum extent of 50,000 sq. ft. constructed area, for leasing out to the bio-technology industries. | - 25% subsidy subject to a maximum of ₹50,00,000/-. For the bio-technology industry unit which has made investment on building with a minimum extent of 5,000 sq. ft for self-occupation. | Number of Installments | The subsidy shall be disbursed in annual installment not exceeding ₹25,00,000/- per annum till completion of the total eligible subsidy.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s Electric Auto (e-Auto) Subsidy Scheme

The scheme aims to socially and economically empower Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe women by supporting them in income-generating activities through electric autos. It provides a subsidy up to 75% of the cost (maximum ₹3,00,000/-) for electric autos to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe women.

💰A subsidy of 75% of the total cost of the electric auto (e-Auto) or ₹3,00,000/- whichever is less will be paid. | - This subsidy is paid after utilizing Central Government incentives under the Pradhan Mantri E-DRIVE Scheme (FAME-3), which provides a maximum subsidy of ₹50,000/-. | - The total cost of the electric auto will be calculated excluding extra accessories. | Disbursement | - In case the beneficiary has already purchased the vehicle: The applicant must submit the original invoice along with the application to the Department, and the subsidy amount will then be credited to the beneficiary’s account.- In case the beneficiary has not purchased the vehicle: The applicant must pay 25% of the total cost of the vehicle as an initial payment to the dealer. The applicant has to submit the invoice for payment along with the application, and the subsidy amount will then be credited to the dealer's account. | Post-Selection Obligations | - The beneficiary should not cause or permit a male driver to drive the vehicle. | - The beneficiary must retain all relevant documents for 5 years from the date of subsidy disbursement. | - The applicant has no power to sale/lease or any other transfer of ownership of the vehicle for a period of 5 years. | - If the information furnished by the beneficiary is false or if the electric auto is found to have been sold within the 5-year period, the total subsidy is liable to be returned to the Government or recovered with interest from the beneficiary.

“Grant for Incubation Centers within Educational Institutes Scheme” is for the educational institutes in Goa, affiliated with a recognized public university. They can avail of a one-time grant towards capital expenses for setting up an incubator within their institute campuses.

💰All educational institutes in Goa, affiliated with a recognized public university, can avail of a one-time grant of up to ₹ 10,00,000 towards capital expenses, for setting up of an incubator within their institute campuses. | - The educational institutes with existing incubation facilities can also avail of the grant for capital expenses for further expansion of incubation facilities. | - The maximum number of institutes to avail of this benefit cannot exceed 15 per year. | - The educational institutes with existing incubation facilities will also be provided with a grant of up to ₹ 3,00,000 per year, for a period of three years, towards operational expenses. | Relaxation / Preference / Priority | The preference will be given to well-performing applicants. | NOTE 1: The institutes claiming the benefits under this scheme cannot restrict the incubation facilities only to the students of their institute. | NOTE 2: Under no circumstance shall the benefits under this scheme be considered an entitlement. The SPC shall reserve the sole right to accept or reject applications. | NOTE 3: For the purpose of determining eligible expenses towards capital expenses, Accounting Standard 102 for Fixed Assets by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India would be used.

The scheme aims to promote and facilitate the development of private industrial estates and areas in Uttarakhand by providing financial incentives, infrastructure support, and a streamlined regulatory framework.

💰Capital Subsidy on Infrastructure: ₹10 lakh per acre. - Subsidy for Setting Up CETP: 40% of the cost, up to a maximum of ₹1 crore. - Assistance for External Infrastructure Development: 2% of the total fixed capital investment made by the private promoter on the fixed assets created for the industrial establishment, per park/area, will be payable.

The scheme aims to extend financial assistance for acquiring new transport vehicles, including goods and passenger vehicles. It provides term loans covering up to 70% of the vehicle cost, excluding road tax and insurance, repayable over a max. of 58 monthly instalments.
